Just back from a fab weekend at Noahs Ark Caravan Park, Perth. Site is well laid out and pitches were spacious
Toilet block is unisex but very spacious private cubicles. The playground was very busy and children had no problems with sharing. The site is very close to golf driving range, ten pin bowling, childrens soft play area and go karting with a cafe (we didn't eat there but will try it the next time).
Just down the road is a coop and a couple of fast food outlets chippy, chinese, indian, pizza / kebab etc. The staff on site would go out of their way to help and we found them very friendly would definitely recommend this site to others. We are going back in the summer. Cant wait one of the best sites we have been at

Just back after spending the may bank holiday weekend at Noahs Ark.
From our first contact with the site, to coming home, the service from the wardens & owner have been superb.
The site is lovely & tidy, showers are great, views wonderful. All in all a great site which we will be visiting again.
There is a good chip shop, Chinese & Indian takeaways next to the coop.
Kids went to the go carts which in the complex next to the site & they had a great time..

Just had a long weekend at noah ark caravan park. We were there last year, a few weeks after it had opened in June 09. They have certainly pulled all the stops out with improvements over the winter.
The new toilet block is one of the best I've been in. They have got their own reception in the park this year. The warden were very friendly and helpful.
We were very lucky with the weather, sunshine all weekend. The views would take your breathe away. I think this caravan park is certainly one of the top parks in scotland - so much for the kids to do-perfect! We will certainly be back

First the toilets were the best and cleanest I have ever used on a campsite (tenting and now caravanning)
The wardens and staff on site were very helpful and nice.
The pitches were a good size and level
Nice play park for the kids
No shop on site, one would be good for the little forgotten things, but a co,op and tescos is within 5 min's drive.
The activities around the park is very good for the kids(have a look at the web site)
Now the bad points: none

Just had a fantastic weekend at Noahs Ark Caravan Park. The new toilet block is one of the best we have been in and are spotless. There are new Wardens there this year who are very friendly and helpful, but it was good to see that the Warden from last year was still there.
We saw the new Microlodges new for this year the views from them are stunning they are well sited and come with TV, Microwave, Fridge, Kettle and a heater, we might leave our Caravan at home next time roll on our next visit.

We were the first to stay in the new micro lodges and can confirm that the stay was well worth it. Our 5 year old didn't want to leave.
Normally Easter would be our first camping trip of the year but decided this year as we have a 7 month old we would try the micro lodges instead. The beds are very comfortable and we all had a great sleep.
The lodges a very quick to heat with the installed heater and the TV/DVD combi was a great addition. The decking area around the lodge was well laid out with a picnic bench for each lodge. Although the weather wasn't great for us it was still nice on the deck at night with the solar fairy lights in the trees at the edge of the decking. The views over the surrounding countryside were impressive.
There was always a lot of staff presence through the day and at night and were extremely friendly and always willing to chat. The new toilet block with the new laundry facilities was well equipped and always clean and tidy.
Once the final landscaping around the lodges is complete the feel of the place will only get better and cosier.
For our visit we took our easy camp annex to do our cooking and put this up in the trees with our cadac between 2 of the lodges. I would suggest that you check this before hand as we did but I would make a suggestion to the site that a discreet area in the trees for cooking that wouldn't spoil the feel of the place would be great for future development.
We didn't manage to use all the facilities on site but the softplay was a great hit with the kids, hopefully next time we will be able to sample everything.
Overall there were nine of us here between three lodges and we will most definitely be back to use both the lodges and the camping facilities.
I hope the team at the site get the chance to fully see through their plans for the site as I can only see it going from strength to strength, keep up the good work.

We have just returned from a long weekend at this site, the people who run it are very friendly, even helped us reverse our van into plot as first timers. We had 3 children with us ages 13,11 and 6 they had a ball. We were parked next to the park and could watch them while they played.
The shower block and toilets were the best I have used in a long time. Would recommend for families. The play centre we didn't use but reasonably priced. Go Karts was our children's favourite and the bowling. Would be good if people staying on site got a discount card for these things. Crazy golf also good.
We are definitely going back for another long weekend this year and kids said very very soon !

Had a great weekend at this site. We stayed in the Micro-lodges. 4 Adults and 2 children in 2 Lodges. The site is really well looked after, toilets very tidy, good washing-up facilities and welcoming, good natured staff.
The 'Hobbitt' Lodges come equipped with everything you need, microwave, heater, television, kettle and a bit of decking, with picnic bench, to sit out at night, have a wee beer and enjoy the view.
I'd highly recommend a visit.

Just came back from this lovely site it is an ideal site for touring this area. There is a co.Op and indian / chinese and chipshop take away approx 5 mns walk. Tesco is about 5mns drive it is open 24/7. The site has all you need if you have a young family with its own play area also next door you have a soft play barn if wet weather. Planned improvements to site for next year are a new toilet / shower block with launderette and some hard standing pitches also security barrier all the staff are friendly and very helpful. Definitely going back next year

Had a great few days at this new site. Only 10 - 15mins bus ride into perth city centre. Loads for all the family to do in and around perth. Site at the moment is all grass pitches when we arrived, we just had to choose own pitch which was fine. You do hear noise from the A9 but you get use to it and again been to other sites that have had a much bigger problem with traffic noise.
There is portacabins for the toilets which I wasn't keen on but - the were very clean in fact cleaner than some other rated sites we've been to. Electric showers so plenty of hot water. There was a small dishwashing area but no washing machine or tumble dryer.
Loads for the kids and adults to do at the golf range and Noahs's ark with discount vouchers offered for staying at the caravan park.
The play area on site it idea to keep kids of all ages happy.
The owner did say at the end of 2009 session he was going to start work on new toilet block and putting in some hard standing pitches.
Will be back and very central and I'm sure it will start to get busy and more people find out about it.
