Very nice wardens when they were there. Everyone had to phone to book in. Was close enough to walk out for a meal.
Dog was welcome and I could choose my pitch. Very close to road which was busy all night.
Shower block could do with a refurb. No separate sink area to clean teeth, had to clean in cubicle with toilet. I did mine in my van.
Would stay again, but only 1 night. Don't know how child friendly, as I didn't have any with me, hence the 1 star rating there is a play area

I contacted the company via Facebook and they were very helpful to answer my questions and booked me a pitch for my tent there and then.
The site is extremely clean and well looked after. Plenty of room for all campers needs, lovely wooded areas and beautiful hills in the distance.
We paid on arrival and was welcomed by the friendly warden. There are two playparks on site, ample taps for drinking water, a campers shelter with plug sockets for charging phones etc, showers, toilets, lit washing area, clothes washing facilities as well as golf, mini golf, softplay next door.
The site was quiet at night and all flat ground for a comfortable sleep. Dogs must be kept on a lead but welcomed into the site. Plenty of bins and water disposal area.
We look forward to returning for our family weekend breaks. Great value for money

Great site with a great indoor playground for the children.
Jim is really helpful and goes the extra mile to help you out if you need anything.
Beautiful views of mountains in the distant when waking up :-)

This is our first visit to this site and the first review for a while. The last few reviews describe the current situation pretty well. Just to update, there’s a bus every 20 minutes into the centre of Perth and it runs till late. The sanitary facilities are clean and good. Staff are very pleasant, chatty and helpful.
They pointed us to a very pleasant track which takes about an hour to complete a circuit through rural scenery, Woods and farmland.
Perth itself is a nice city and the site is adjacent to main roads leading in all directions. A day in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee etc are all possible from here.
Choice of grass or hard standing pitches. It’s worth a visit and we would return. 4 nights for price of 3 for OAP’s - Bonus. £24 per night in August. Free WiFi but router in reception and although we picked up at our pitch with WiFi booster, it wasn’t the best, at 2. 5mb (variable)
Being close to A9 /M9 it is handy as a night halt or for longer stays but don’t use post code for satnav - use coordinates to take you right there.

Myself and my girlfriend visited this campsite. It's not adjacent to the A9 as the map suggests but up above the A9 and you need to go through an estate to get to it. It was a nice site with hot showers. And a quiet place on the Monday night we stayed there. Somewhere I would use again.

This was our first adventure in our big 8 man tent.
Easy to find the site, next to a main road so there is road noise, but this didn't bother us. You can't see the road, well shielded by trees.
My sister has a tourer & we were able to pitch beside each other at this site, which we have discovered is not available at most sites. Ehu within easy reach, bit of a walk to fill our water bottle. The pitch was level & easy to peg.
The play park was good although not big, my girls were 8 & 6. The wee roads around the site are gravel so no good for scooters, bikes would be fine though.
The back of the site is just a big field lined by trees, there's a pub that does food apparently through here but we didn't venture. The kids could run wild in the field, away from caravans etc, they had a ball.
We played mini golf one afternoon & we tried the soft play, which the kids liked, dunno about the grown ups. There's also a karting track but you had to be 10 or accompanied.
The showers were good, the cubicle was big enough for me & the kids to be in together. The place was clean. Dishwashing area was good too.
Overall I liked this site, & we are returning this year.

After reading previous reviews prior to booking I was apprehensive about our stay. My partner and I visited the site before committing, to see if the facilities met the needs of my 9 year old son with autism and ADHD. I have to say that we were not disappointed.
Friendly staff were more than willing to let us stroll around the site and other amenities there. The older toilet and wash block was cleaned daily as was the newer toilet and shower block. Both were of a good standard and although they were in need of a little TLC it certainly did not make them an unpleasant place to shower.
The pitches were of a good size and the ground soft and relatively stone free with an abundance of drinking water taps throughout the site.
The other amenities there which include mini golf, karting, bowling, arcades, indoor soft play, ceramic painting and cafe are all very good and reasonably priced activities to keep the children amused even when the weather isn't so good.

I have to say at the outset that my view of the Noah's Ark site is coloured by being there on two of the nastiest August days for some years. The site is on top of a hill on the edge of Perth and is very exposed. It was cold, windy and wet, so much so that we were worried about the noise our pop-up roof was making and had to lower it and make shift to sleep with our luggage and equipment in the campervan body (on my bed, to be precise!). There appears to be no convenient public transport into the city. Taxi phone numbers are thoughtfully provided outside Reception, but this is an expensive option at £15 for the return trip.
The managers were very helpful and friendly, and when the hedges are better grown the site will be more shelteed. In fine weather this is great site for families, less so for folk who like a bit of quiet around bedtime. One thing I loved about this site was the provision of a generously sized disability shower cubicle, with plenty of space and no ruddy push buttons. It is so rare to be able to shower in comfort on a campsite and Noah's Ark scored 10/10 here.

This site is on the edge of Perth on a rather exposed hillside. It looks like a farm that has been converted to provide facilities for families. In bad weather it's exposed and miserable with damp grass pitches not helped by irresponsible dog owners letting their animals foul the pitches. The play area and other attractions make this site attractive for families but that makes it noisy. The A9 is close by and also provides a hum of road noise. Rather to my surprise the toilet and showers were clean and spacious. Not sure why the dish washing was outside.
Perth is a lovely city but there is no public transport from the campsite and the taxi fare is seven pounds each way.
