Great Little site and we walked down the road and caught a tram straight into the city centre.
The site was peaceful and the house was great at helping us get parked up in the dark with no issues.

Owner couldn’t do enough for you very friendly and helpful
Will stay there again when we come to see family
There was enough facilities for us, didn’t use the laundry facilities but used the aerial lead as our Wi-Fi and there’s wasn’t working on our television as signal wasn’t brilliant for the area not the site’s fault

Our 1st time travelling in motorhome. Site busy with variety of tents, campervans & Motorhomes but quiet, peaceful, friendly. Hot showers, grassy pitch but elect hookup.
Owner is friendly, chatty & offers help. Pub on site (didn’t use) Easy to find on main road, 20min walk to Oldham Mumps tram direct to Victoria Manchester (for MEN arena).
Taxi £3. 50 rtn from tram to site.
Will go again. Good for walkers, quite few dog walkers too.

Initial view on arrival was a cross between a breakers yard and a gypsy encampment, but once you got past that through the back it was perfectly acceptable
Clearly laid out pitches, water and electricity or fine 9th perfectly
Clean showers and loos, laundry room and everything was clean and tidy
The afternoon was mad slightly by a rowdy family who were all very foul mouthed and shouting at the top of their voices but this subsided and we had a quiet peaceful night

Booked over the phone with Steve. He was great. Arrived on site I think it has residents living on site. The site has all the amenities. But the noise and foul language used by a family was intolerable and absolutely spoiled it, they had no respect for others and the owner never even tackled them young children playing in ear shot of all of this.
As they came back from the bar they walked past our windows swearing and shouting. They then sat outside their unit till 2 a. M. Drinking shouting, swearing Absolute common trailer trash. They are obviously regulars as they we're friendly with the owner.
Couldn't wait to leave the next morning as we had very little sleep we had booked 2 night's. Won't be back wouldn't recommend to normal folk.

Brilliant campsite been a few times Steve very helpful, the site is well maintained including toilets, washroom and grounds secure site gates are locked once it starts to go dark.
Steve treats you like family and nothing is a problem if he can help he will, I forgot my tv lead and just asked Steve if he had low and behold he did also my aerial wasn't tall enough on side of van you guessed it Steve found me a pole for my aerial.
My wife Louise and daughter are going this weekend to try out the newly opened pub.
