Basic but great site, very friendly. Pub on opposite side of road again very friendly. Also chippy nearby, within walking distance. We stayed two nights and enjoyed every minute. As an overnight stop for visiting Manchester or the surrounding area it is ideally located in Oldham
A good secure site with all the basic amenities. I am quite happy to recommend this site to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced and friendly stopover.

An excellent little site situated on the outskirts of Oldham. Nothing is too much trouble and the owners are very welcoming. There is a small toilet block with a shower. The site is very secure and makes it a perfect and quiet place for an overnight stay and longer term breaks. It only started up and running this year but it bodes well for the future, we will definitely use it again. Travelled from France.

To be honest, when we arrived we wondered what on earth we had come to! An ex pub, now the home of the friendliest, most helpful couple you could wish to meet. Situated in the once pub garden, this little site is peaceful and secure and just takes a handful of motorhomes only.
We arrived with a short hookup lead which wouldn't stretch to the nearest point, so the owners lent us theirs, they offered lifts to nearby tram stops and wouldn't accept any money. It goes on.
We really couldn't fault this spot, it's clean and tidy and handy for Oldham or trams into Manchester. Owners fantastic.
