Not been here in the past but we were blown away with the cleanliness and location of this site.
The receptionist was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable.
The Covid 19 information was spot on we felt very safe.
Our pitch was on the grass overlooking the sea, perfect.
The site was quiet and very well maintained.
We would definitely recommend this site and will be returning.

Our very first time in a Motorhome and our very first site.
Site is very well kept, toilet and shower block immaculate and Covid 19 safe.
Main water point waste water and toilet empty were excellent and this was my first attempt at all of them.
Location is great adjacent to the seafront and the pitchs were great we had grass and it was good with a sea view.
I thought it was a bit pricey when I booked it, but you get what you pay for and it was excellent.

Very clean and tidy site, toilets and showers spot on great location for direct access to the beach.
We travelled as 2 adults and granddaughter with 2 small dogs. I wouldn't say its kid friendly, there are signs for no cycling, no climbing up grass banks, no ball games and the kids play area left my 6yr old bored after a few minutes. Your not allowed to exercise your dog on the the site, you must take them straight off the site. There were other children in other caravans and motorhome but it's like there not allowed to play.
The sites ideal for adults looking for a quiet time watching tv and maybe a stroll down the beach. The lady at the desk was very helpful though.

Stayed here in august for 3 weeks loved it so much booked it for next year before we left.
Everything you needed was so close to the camp site like shop with subway, post office, Chinese, chip shop.
The beach was 5 minutes away, you could walk along top of beach for miles with prams, mobility scooters, etc. We often walked to the market this way, also entertainment along the way
The site itself was lovely and clean
Showers and toilets were always clean
Staff very friendly
The only advice I would give is make sure you got a good hammer to put awning up as the rubber hammer was no good, but a very friendly caravanner across from us lent us his hammer
Could do with a few more things for kids as park is not that big, but there plenty to do not far away so doesn't spoil the site
There is a swimming pool on site

Fab site right near the sea would def rec for a good old fashioned visit to the sea side
Facilities are Warm and very clean, staff are friendly and booking in was easy
Chip shop short walk away and fab old fashion cafe fir full English and milky coffee right outside the gates
Only downside was the amount of dog poo on the prom outside the site, which does spoil the location but to be fair out of control for the site

Our first of 2 visits this year and as always we were not disappointed. The site and facilities were immaculately clean.
Staff as always were very friendly and helpful.
I disagree with the comment from leedsmumof4 regarding the qualities of Skegness as a seaside attraction, it has it all and reasonably priced, hence the abundance of Yorkshire accents in the town!

Why anyone would want to visit Skegness resort is beyond me.
But, this site is great for its location right on the beach.
I would pay twice as much for a sea view pitch, but due to the time of year these were unavailable.
They are elevated above two rows of statics, and next to the playground.
The hard standing pitches are a bit like a car park, which is why it list one star from me.
Shower blocks are immaculate.
Friendly duck family waddling about!
