This site never fails to deliver. Spotlessly clean and well laid out.

New metal fencing stops people walking through your pitch.

Toilet/shower facilities are really good.

Access to the all year round dog friendly beach is an important asset of the site.

3 really good dog friendly pubs in walking distance.

Spar shop 800 mtrs away.

Great site, will continue to visit.

CAMC affiliated site with all the beauty of the club. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Just a walk away from the beach, cafe, spar shop with post office and Chinese takeaway(can't comment as didn't try) numerous foody pubs, some allow dogs, bus stop, a bits n bobs shop and a lovely craft shop.

Shower block key with beach gate key £10 which you get back at end of stay when you return keys. Shower and toilets the cleanest I've come across in a long time. Laundrette and hairdressers on site.

Huge pitches with electric, a few I think are fully serviced.

Great place for a stop over or a holiday beside the sea.

Skegness Sands, is a beautiful clean site,

The flowers and lawns kept spotless, so are the toilets, is near to the sea,

I had a scooter, I think most of the old people had one, very handy for taking the dog a walk.

There are cafe and chip shops and lots of retail shops in the vicinity,

It’s a really good site

To Find Site:- From Skegness on A52 north. In Winthorpe watch out for a traffic controlled pedestrian crossing ahead with a SPAR shop on your right and turn right onto Winthorpe Avenue.

The touring site entrance is a couple of hundred metres further on, on the left, clearly signed. Don’t enter the site from Roman Bank on the A52 as this access only to the static park.

This site is about a mile north of Skegness centre and is set in an urban environment. The touring site is part of a larger static campsite although two are separated. Whilst not quite beachside the sea is only a minute or two away.

There are 85 pitches in total, 20 of them on grass and the rest hardstandings including 4 serviced pitches. Electric points are convenient to all pitches and use CEE17 blue connectors and rated at 16 amps. There is one central administrative/facility block which includes reception/toilets and showers/ laundry and dishwash all of excellent quality.

The only chemical toilet emptying points is also based here. There is an excellent, open grid, motorhome waste point with plenty of space to wait if it is in use. There are only two fresh water taps for all pitches, plus one at the motorhome point.

Other site amenities include an excellent indoor swimming pool, situated in the static park (EC), children’s play area and a ladies’ hairdressers. TV reception was good with our roof mounted aerial. The site does have a WiFi system but it is chargeable. I found the 4G signal good enough for my needs.

This site is only a minute from a wide sandy beach at the end of Winthorpe Avenue. By the beach there is an amusement arcade, an ice cream hut and the rather nice “The View” café/bar/restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating.

At the other end of Winthorpe Avenue, where it joins the A52 there is a very handy SPAR shop selling most provisions, at the back of that a Chinese Takeaway and across the road a Fish and Chip shop. So, most things within easy walking distance of the site.

There is a good and regular bus service running between Skegness and Ingoldmells from bus stops at the end of Winthorpe Avenue. Skegness is, of course, famous as a seaside resort.

Plenty there to do for older and younger children. Lots of places to eat and a reasonably good shopping centre with several supermarkets near to the railway station.

The location of this site is great, so close to the beach.

The site itself is very clean with extra cleaning taking place due to COVID, they even sanitised the bin handles.

Highly recommend.

A well maintained site just out side Skegness, buses into skegness every 10 minutes,

Nice walks along the prom to Ingoldmells where there's outside entertainment on (weather permitting)

The three pubs are friendly and not bad priced for food and drink.

Would I recommend? Yes without a doubt.
