When we drove on to the campsite we were immediately pleased we had booked it.
The setting is lovely and the site is spacious with lots of walks through the woods or around the loch in the country park.
The facilities were good and the cafe at the visitors centre was popular.
Very much looking forward to returning to this site.

Absolutely stunning site, set in the country park.
The site was immaculate, facilities clean and adequate.
Loved the quietness and the lack of lights at night!
Will definitely be returning.

First time at Beecraig and was very impressed. Lots to do for all ages and lots of woodland walks/parks.
The cleanliness of the the site and ablutions was fantastic, the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Overall the site was really quiet and well equipped for a small break away.
Just over 1 mile away is the local town with 2 supermarkets and more little local shops.
We will definitely be visiting again.

The pitching site for the tents is beautiful. The upper limit ensured the site was not overcrowded.
The toilet and shower block were clean and in good working order.
The surrounding area is great for walking, and biking. There were lots of play areas for the children too.
Highly recommended!

Very clean and tidy site with good facilities. Well managed under Covid restrictions.
Internet availability is generally poor on site so I received the 'welcome' email that included the code for the facilities after I left the following morning. Might be worth including the code in the lockbox with the barrier swipe card?
Fortunately neighbouring campers gave me the code. What a relief :-)
I stayed on site but did refuel at good garage in Linlithgow.
I thought £24 a night with no hookups etc was a bit steep for a single traveller. Surely some reduction from a fixed 'pair' minimum rate could be offered?

Very friendly welcome on arrival.
The toilets and facilities were spotlessly clean.
The caravan pitches are very big and well spaced out.
There are plenty of dog walks off site through the woods.
The tv signal was very good but mobile reception wasn’t.
Will definitely stay here again.

I was most pleased with my visit,
Although I was as always quite concerned with security as non- site members were freely wandering around and walking their dogs within the site etc.

Fantastic location, good views, fantastic facilities, shower, toilet and sink in (little bathrooms)
Beware if in a motorhome with inboard tanks, water pipes were frozen when we were there, we have portable water eg aqua roll so managed to fill up from dishwashing room.
Walk down to Linlithgow is all on paths so no road walking.
Would highly recommend
