Managed to book last minute, and paid on arrival very reasonable rates.
All amenities very good and grounds very tidy.
Good location for visiting surrounding towns/ villages.
Doreen very helpful and friendly
Will definitely bear in mind if in the area again.

Had a lovely, peaceful stay here. Lovely area, handy for Blackpool and other places.
Surrounded by fields of horses, and there's a lovely woodland walk to the nearby Riverside.
Nice, clean facilities. Only thing I didn't like was the fact that there are a few powerline pylons on the site.
Other than that, I will return to the site in the future.

Firstly Doreen is the hub of this site, nothing is to much trouble, we extended our stay due to family bearevment, we loved the site, location, privacy and the facilities, 30p for a shower token, I would get 2.
Toilets are very clean and well maintained.
We will defo return next year.
Bring hard core tent pegs as the ground can be hard and surrounded by trees, roots.
The estuary is amazing to walk down, benches with plates for Bbq, nice park for the kids, lovely scenery.
Little shop for those forgotten items and gas, fairly priced.

We enjoyed our stay here.
The site was very quiet and the facilities were clean and had everything you’d expect at a campsite.
The staff were always at hand and very helpful.
I would recommend Stanah House Caravan Park strongly.

Lovely location with an adventure playground at the bottom of the road from campsite.
Nice walking trail round the estuary. Nice and quiet. Very friendly as its all people who are friends of friends and make you very welcome.
There's no Internet which my grandchild reminded me of for a day or so.
There's a nice cafe just round the corner.
We didn't go as we were busy going out to explore
The only negative is that there was no hand-wash in the toilets but not a problem really.
It's 30p for a token to use in the shower.

We love this little campsite and always have the best time when we are here camping
Lovely friendly owners.
We take our dog as with it been right on the nature reserve its a love walk, the kids love it, the dog loves
