Camped here for 3 nights and was impressed.
Immaculate site with good facilities.
It's location is fantastic providing easy access to several of the best areas in the Highlands.
Good walking of all lengths direct from the site and as such ideal for dog owners.

We have stayed on this Caravan Club site quite a few times over the years & absolutely love it. It is surrounded by mountains & is so beautiful & peaceful that we never want to leave. The facilities are good & clean, there's also a lounge (with TV) & a drying room. You might want to bring supplies though because the nearest shop is at Kyle of Lochalsh about 16 miles away. You can do a fantastic drive over to Skye by taking a small ferry across the Gleneig Bay.

Stayed here for 4 nights for the first time. Very quiet location with usual good CC facilities. Very clean as expected. Would suit those without children better as no play facilities. Wardens were very friendly and helpful - none more so when strong winds swept through and they helped everyone. Great base for walkers or as access to skye /plockton /etc.
If you are looking for a quiet secluded place, then this is for you.

We stayed here last year for four days and really enjoyed it and this year used it for a night either side of our 3 week tour to the Outer Hebrides. It is a superb site in the most wonderful scenery imaginable. The wardens are very welcoming and as is the norm for all Caravan Club sites the site itself is extremely well maintained. The pitches are spacious and yes you do have to pitch as they request but that just means that there's plenty of room between you and your neighbours. The small shop sells the best bread ever from Manuela's Wee Bakery nearby along with a range of other products. The toilets and showers are spotlessly clean if a little dated when compared with other Caravan Club sites like Culloden. Nevertheless I have no hesitation in recommending this site and we will definitely return in the future. The walking is second to none and dogs are made very welcome.

Ideally located for accessing Skye and surrounding area. The welcome was efficient, if somewhat abrupt. Not what you want after a long drive!
However, you know what to expect from The CC. Facilities clean and well presented. Grass mown and no litter.
There are good views of hills and surrounding countryside. To the right hand side of the site, on entry, is a much quieter area. Although in the season this is also used for tents.
Plenty of dog walking areas along access track and footpaths.
Enjoy this site. It is well worth a visit.

Although this site caters for tents, visitors are unable to park their vehicles adjacent and instead, must use the parking spaces nearby.
The pitches were level and the site well maintained, but I, along with my travelling companions, found the highly regimented approach demanded by the staff for pitching with the mid-line of our tents aligned with the pitch marker and square on to the hedge behind, even though this was contrary to the prevailing and very fierce crosswinds, to be wholly unacceptable.
This experience alone detracted from the facts that the fees were reasonable, the facilities were both clean and well maintained and that there was a compact on-site lounge room available and a small range of goods available to purchase from the site office.
Overall, not a site I can recommend.

What a great site! Stayed here for three nights and wished it could have been longer. The views from this site are stunning and constantly changing with the weather. It is also well placed for visiting Eilean Donan Castle, Kyle of Lochalsh and the Isle of Skye.
The site staff were pleasant and chatty, and very informative about the area. The toilet and shower facilities were spotless even though the site was busy.

This caravan club site is surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The wardens are friendly and helpful and the facilities are excellent. We used the site as a base for visiting Skye and Kyle etc.
There are other sites nearer Kyle and Skye but in my opinion they are not as good as this one.
Well worth a visit.

This is a superb site! Wardens are very friendly and efficient with nothing being too much trouble for them. The site is clean and tidy with very large pitches and plenty of room between them. The showers and toilets were spotlessly clean although the flooring is an older style so for this reason alone I've given it a rating of 9 out of 10. The shop stocked some of the best bread I've ever had - it was from Manuela's Wee Bakery in Ardelve - the seeded spelt was superb! If you are into walking or have a dog there is excellent walking in the mountains surrounding the site - just go out the gate, turn left and a few minutes later you're out into a beautiful Glen. The Ranger centre is next door and they organise walks throughout the season. The site was fairly busy while we were there but it was quiet and peaceful at all times. The best thing is the stunning scenery which surrounds you. Can't wait to go back.

Stayed 1 night en route home from Outer Hebrides. Hadn't booked but rang ahead to check pitch available. Arrived late in the day to very friendly welcome from the wardens.
Usual CC standards, good pitches, shower facilities but the most outstanding thing about this site is it's location - superb views all around.
As we arrived late and left early the next day cannot comment on the local area but disagree with a previous review about the site being isolated. It is only approx 1 mile to the main road and from there you can easily access Skye, Kyle of Lochalsh and Eilean Donan Castle.
Adequate dog walk outside the site which was fine for early morning/late night walks.
If in the area we would definitely stay again.
