April 2005 This campsite really is beautiful, the hills all around make for a breathtaking scenery. Due to our stay in April the heated toiletblock made our day! Hot showers where included. But for non-members of the caravan-club is was quite expensive. But I do recommend it!

13 August 2003 This is a very nice site. There is a limited number of tent pitches most of the site is for caravans and campers but the tent area is reasonable size. Facilities are excelent and you can see why it has a 5 star STB rating. Loads of showers, washing cubicals for privacy. Laundry and even a TV lounge so you don't miss Eastenders or the footy (might have to fight for it). The shop is small and only sells Eggs (local free range) Milk and Bread. There is a nice touch to the tent area, a very large covered table for cooking if its wet. It was wet when we were there and this was being heavily used. There is not a great deal around in the area a small shop and a very nice restarant but the views are excellent and its nice and quite away from the main road.
