A lovely time at this site. It is well kept, quiet, litter free and uncrowded when we were there. The toilets and showers were clean if a little old fashioned. Showers were free. Only one hairdryer (takes 20p's) in the whole shower block, 4 showers and about 6 loos in one block, the other block was a lot smaller and needs an upgrade really. A tiny little clubhouse open from 8pm, staff very friendly. Tenby and Saundersfoot are walkable from site (if you are fit!) as are some lovely coastal walks. Ate at the tavern in New Hedges - 5 mins walk away, a passable but unremarkable meal. Great fish and chips though from the mobile unit just down the road at the entrance to the next campsite.
We would definitely come back here again.

We stayed at Well Park over the half term period. Lovely clean and well looked after site. Tenby and Saundersfoot couple of minutes away by car. Toilet facilities clean and showers free. Only down side to this site was the rude arrogant bar man. Would I go back again. No way

Just returned from Well Park. A great welcome on arrival. A lovely site, good pitch, level hardstanding fully serviced with 10amp electrics. Easy access to Tenby and Saundersfoot and very central for travel around Pembrokeshire. Folly Farm and Anna Ryders Zoo are both within a few miles of the site and are both highly recommended for a visit. Good restaurant in New Hedges across the road also shop but did not use shop as we were well stocked and ate out a few times. The bar on site was closed so we did not have the opportunity to use it so cannot comment. Our only complaints are that, as we've seen in other reviews, is that the water in the showers did not drain away easily and you are left standing in a puddle after you have showered so it was not easy to get dressed without getting clothing wet. Also the lighting on site at night was non existent except for the entrance area which was well lit. We found this, especially my wife, very unnerving as the main site was in complete darkness. Apart from that we would certainly return in the future if there are vacancies available. Hopefully the lighting problem will be solved.

Lovely clean and well looked after site. Tenby is a half hour walk away and a taxi is only about £7. 00 The toilet block is modern and clean. There are some fully serviced pitches and plenty of electric hookups, some of the pitches are sloping, the owners are very friendly and helpful. There is a children's play area but not having Children we can not comment on it. We would recommend this site.

Stayed here for 3 nights in the beginning of May. Owners very friendly & helpful. Nice level pitch. Showers & toilets clean & tidy, plenty of hot water. Small takeaway at weekends. Good steak house 5 minutes walk away in village.
Good place to stay as just outside Tenby & Saundersfoot. Bus stop nearby.

Booking and check in was easy and the owner is lovely. This is the 2nd time we stayed at this site and stayed in the short stay field. The field is well maintained and flat. In the middle of the field there are 4 hook up points, next to some trees, this is where we choose to setup. This is a great location as you get the sun first thing and stayed with us in the evening until almost 8:30.
Tenby is literally a couple of minutes away in the car, just down the hill, and saundersfoot a few minutes in the opposite direction.
Toilet facilities are basic, but clean, Showers are free, and lovely and warm, hairdryers require 20p.

Just returned from a really nice week at Well Park. As many people have mentioned, we were greeted by a lovely couple who had remembered my request to be on electric and near the kids park. We were pointed out where we could go and were pre warned of a slight slope on the pitch we were on which was hardly noticeable. Most of the field is flat. Really nice size field with loads of kids playing and our 9 & 6 year old spent all week in the park and making friends. Weather was pretty hairy Saturday and Sunday night but that's nothing to do with Well Park. The sun came out after. There is a small bar, pool table and few arcade games on site that we didn't use much but when we did the bar man was great. There is no shop on site, however Londis is just across the road. The field we were in was next to the kids park which was handy as we could see it from our tent. The main road does run alongside it so you can hear cars at night, but we slept through it. There was other camping areas and an adjoining field which hosts a useful burger and breakfast van. Also there is another field which was empty and lovely for dog walkers, night wildlife walking and we were greeted by low flying Swifts in the day and Bats at night! Kids loved this. I wouldn't advise this site if you have teenagers that want all action but for a young family like ours it was lovely. Saundersfoot two miles left and Tenby two miles right that has giant soft play ocean commotion, also Dinosaur Park and Oakwood within 30 min drive. The only faults we did find with the park was the showers were hot and free, however the cubicles not very big and the slope not enough to drain the water quick enough. You had to be careful not to get your clothes wet. Also my partner noticed there were no 'Ladies' waste bins. Mobile phone signal isn't great here either. I had none partner had some. But apart from this we would advise a holiday here, lots of friendly people, open space for kids and again free showers, laundry and Ice pack freezing! For non electric campers, the owners will charge your phone for 20p! Well park is a lovely place for a visit and on a clear night, the stars above looked stunning!

Stayed here for 2 weeks and upon arrival we were given the option of selecting our pitch from those that were free. Options were limited as there was only one row of 10amps and I do have the habit of overloading so 6 is no use. We pitched up but then once everyone else was back at their caravans we realised no-where to park our car. This seemed to be the case down our row so the ends did rather look like a car park at times. The row back from us had double the space but only 6 amp.
I paid for internet for a week - wish I hadn't bothered, very hard to get on, I had to re-login every 30 mins and it was so slow.
The park is off a very busy road, fortunately we were the opposite side so it wasn't that noisy but we had friends in the tent field where it was constant and loud. This is the road to cross to get to the cove, very steep and rocky but very nice.
Showers and toilets very clean but the floor always seemed to be wet and I really bored my children by telling them to tread carefully for 2 weeks!
Burger van sold good chips until 8pm, didn't try anything else. The bar/gamesroom opened at 8pm visited once saw that games all needed money didn't bother again.
All in all and great base as lots close by and yes good value for money but not one of my favourite sites.

We have just returned from a pleasant visit to this site. We had a very warm welcome upon arrival. We had booked a super pitch but to be honest it was not quite as 'super' as we expected it to be - the electric socket and tv point was quite a distance away and meant long cables stretching behind the hedge although there was hard standing and a tap next to the pitch. The site loaned us an extension to our tv cable as out 10 metre one was far too short.
The site was well maintained. We used the new toilet block and although it appeared clean when we got there we noticed that it was not cleaned again during our 3 night stop. The showers had hot water although the drainage wasn't good so it was hard not to get your clothes wet when dressing also there was no sanitary disposal units in the ladies and only one hand dryer.
The club was nice enough when we used it once.
We walked into Tenby - 40 mins downhill but hard work coming back! we also walked to waterwynch cove - very nice walk but no good if unsteady on your feet or for pushchairs.
I don't want to appear too picky and on the whole it was a nice enough site and we enjoyed our stay but having there were certain things that could be improved.
