I think the first question to get out of the way is 'Would I stay again?'. The answer is unfortunately no. It is a no because of a number of things mainly to do with the facilities being provided. Rules for everything but no one to apply them. Toilet blocks that really do need to be torn down and built to 21st Century standards with heating.
On site you have two toilet blocks. One older one and one newer. The older one needs to be upgraded. There is no insulation and no heating so when you have a campsite open in April you need heating. Showering was a real chore as a result particularly as the pipes leaked and if someone was using the other shower you had no water pressure!
I tried the new toilet block but this had issues too. You need to enter a code to get in but the do lock didn't work very well so the code was useless. Then to my horror they was no hot water so a wasted visit. Also no heating so you froze again.
The washing up point also had issues. Firstly you had to pay for hot water. Don't use the 10p meter thing and this doesn't work. For 20p you get enough water for a small wash up load but don't expect hot water. It'll only be warm and it doesn't matter how many 20p loads you put in you still only get warm water so anything greasy stays greasy.
But alas it is not all bad a tidy site with a good location. The owners are nice and friendly too.
Some food for thought though. I stayed here some 30 years ago with my parents. Not a lot has changed apart from one toilet block being renewed.

Just got back from a lovely week in Well Park. The owners were very helpful and polite, it was a case of choose a spot and pitch your tent! Plenty of room for the larger tent.
We were in field B which is nice and flat and the best one for families,
right next to the toilet and shower block which was very nice and clean with plenty of nice hot showers, right next to the kids park which seemed a little sparse but the kids loved it and right next to the burger van which was great, nice food, well priced, good selection and very pleasant people running it.
The games room was more for the older kids, not much for my little ones, 7, 5 and 1. There is a great mini super market about 10 mins walk away, just across the main road and up the lane which sold everything you need.
There is so much to do around this area all within 20 mins drive, Oakwood Park, Heatherton, Folly Farm, Manor House Zoo, Dinosaur Park just to name a few and lots of beaches and seaside stuff to do in Tenby and Saundersfoot.
The only thing I could improve would be to have more washing up sinks. Would I stay again? £130 for 7 nights in peak season, YES!

Easy to find site on the main road just a mile from Tenby. Tent field (B) generally flat but quite close to the main road. I thought a 4 man tent pitch with no electric was a bit pricey at £21 per night (my mum had a caravan with electric for only £1 more) but I guess you are paying for the location close to Tenby.
I would have liked the grass to be a bit shorter so that you didn't get soaking feet in the morning (or in the rain). The pitches are not marked out so you are free to pitch wherever. The field was a good size where you are never too far from the toilet/shower block, washing up, bins and laundry. They have recycling bins as well as general refuse but these needed to be emptied a bit more often at busy periods.
Facilities could be a bit cleaner; there are no sanitary towel bins so a few had been left by delightful campers and there was often paper on the floor. However they always had soap and only once did they run out of loo paper. I wasn't bothered too much by any of this but its worth noting as I have been to sites that have been cleaned more often but this really should not put people off this site as they are minor points.
The showers are free and you have to keep pushing the button but it was not a problem and plenty warm enough; there is also a shelf for your clothes etc, to stay dry. Free washing up facilities and freezers to store ice packs in launderette.
There was no shop on site but Londis is only a short drive up the road. There is a club house but can't comment on that as we didn't go there. The kids (6 & 4) thoroughly enjoyed the small park on site.
As I mentioned, my parents took their van and pitched up close by in the touring field. I felt that there was very little space between vans. I wouldn't have liked that at all and I don't think she would stay there for any longer than a few nights. Facilities on touring field were fine also. The owner was very laid back and friendly.
Overall a good site and I would stay there again.

We arrived on the last bank holiday in august, the campsite was very crowded, during this time the toilets and showers were very dirty. It seems they are only cleaned once a day which seems insufficient when the campsite is full.
They have an attached toilet and shower room for when it is busy but it had no windows and no light. The toilets let the standard down, i.e. Toilet cubicles and floor not cleaned properly.
Also the toilet/shower block had the windows and doors open constantly so it was freezing, could benefit from underfloor heating.
The washing up facility was ok but again the light didn't work so it was no use after dark. On a positive note the location of the campsite is perfect.
There is a londis shop just a short stroll in New Hedges and a lovely beach a short walk away.

We had a lovely holiday at well park was greeted by a lovely lady,
Has a lovely little park good size pitches
Only problem was the toilet block had 2 showers which was very small and not cleaned very good, but the tent field had a great showers more room and clean.
The site does not have a shop but londis is not a far walk away, there is a great pub for food by here called steakhouse,
The site has a lovely little bar the bar man is friendly, great games room for the kids.
Tenby south had the best beach and all day parking for £ 3 we had a lovely holiday
Would stay at well park again.

We turned up at this site without making a booking and were greeted by a pleasant lady who let us inspect the site before we paid!
We walked around the campsite and found the grounds very neatly presented and cared for so we went back to book in.
The cost was £17.50 per night which I thought was a bit steep for low season but it seemed in line with other sites in the area.
The pitches were a decent size but sloping and it did take us a while to get level. Some pitches have TV hook up.
The toilet block was adequate and clean. Would I stay again? Yes.

Arrived at site and booked in, owner seemed cheerful enough and guided us to a field via a aerial picture and told to pitch anywhere. The main fields where immaculate and well maintained. The overflow field was already pretty busy and we managed to find a pitch in an adjacent field that had been mowed around the edges to a width of about 30 feet.
The views where pleasant overlooking adjacent fields. The toilet block was fairly modern and seemed ok, however over the 4 days we were there they only seemed to be basically cleaned. In the gents the only hand drier did not work.
The real bug about this campsite is that the owners seemed to take bookings without checking space to accommodate the tents. An example of this is a family next to us went out for the day in their car only to return to find that their parking space now had a tent on it and to make matters worse thy were completely surrounded by tents where guy ropes were actually touching. They left very early the next morning, whether they planned to we will never know.
This apart, if they could sort the overflow situation out and make it better organised we would gladly return and recommend this site. Ideally situated to walk into Tenby (15-20 mins) and Saundersfoot via road (30 mins) or the coastal path ( 1-2 hours recommended)

Just came back from this site, it was brill. The site is immaculate really well kept considering the turn over. The owners were really friendly. Walk to Ttenby - if you come out of site turn right walk about 300 yards on your left hand side a lane, follow a lovely walk through lane, come out on north side beach. Good place to eat is the Buccaneer down the street from the 120p shop - be aware the potions are huge. If you go in field b its close to the road but that didn't bother us. Field c is huge and away from the traffic noise but a fair walk to toilets and showers depending where you pitch. Burger van on c field too, didn't use it but didn't hear anything bad said about it. Same goes for the club house. One point my hubby complained the dish water was too cold. Really nice site def going back

Fantastic site,, well located for tenby. It's big but don't let this put your off as facilities match the scale and are kept really clean. A couple of the tent sites were really busy so we chose the one with the slope (which was actually fine).
Despite that whole site was very quiet after 10pm which was great for those with small kids who want to relax with a bottle of wine. Shop in easy distance (although not on the site) and we found laundry facilities were enough (although not many washers and we had to wait for unloading).
Only negative comment was could have done with some more / better freezers for ice packs but I'm clutching at straws a bit here. Some people have commented on the price but I thought definitely worth it. Price I suspect it tends to keep the undesirable elements away with the 18 packs.
Lovely welcome from the owners as well - we felt positive about it as soon as we arrived. And we loved tenby - if you have the time (and £40 for a family of 4) we really recommend the seal safari (ours actually included seals, dolphins and porpoises [as well as the odd shag])

Just got back yesterday after staying for a week, got given a good pitch with EH. Plenty of space ( 2x 10 pole windbreakers) Friendly staff. Site was brilliant, really enjoyed our stay.
Facilities were fine,no queues for showers etc.Showers were ok, nothing special though what do you expect on a campsite? Laundry came in handy. Well kept grounds, really impressed with the site.
Tenby was a lovely walk though struggled uphill coming back with the bikes! Walked to Saundersfoot which took around 40 mins. Worth it though, beautiful place, cracking beach.
Jumped on a bus back which was a bonus. The Londis stocked everything you could possibly need. Good prices too. Must buy the welsh cakes they were sooo tasty! Would definitely recommend this site. I'd give it a 9/10. (we were 2 adults no kids)
