Absolute gem. Booked for 2 nights and stayed for 4. Sea views were fabulous. No street lights so perfect for stargazing.
Leroy was very accommodating when we asked if we could swap our pitch and stay for an extra couple of nights.
The facilities are basic but clean.
The pitches are on the smaller side, but that certainly didn’t impact on our stay.
The site is adjacent to the coastal path with just a 5 minute walk to the dog friendly Treyarnon and Constantine Bay, and 20 minutes the other way to Porthcothan.
If you want holiday park vibes, don’t come here, if you want peace & quiet & amazing views, this is the one.
We will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely, spacious pitch with seaview and very nice walks nearby, great beaches.
The facilities were very clean.
Leroy was really helpful and friendly.
We had a very happy stay there in this beautiful, calm location.

Wonderful location, in the best part of Cornwall, in east walking to three beautiful beaches.
The site is well laid out, lots of space, plenty of peace & quiet, with wildlife all around.
Many people there have been going to the site for over two decades, which speaks volumes about the site.

Really nice place
Clean and tidy,
Showers need to be longer went off to quick,
Freezer to keep ice blocks in would be nice especially for people camping.

Absolutely beautiful location with good facilities.
S W Coastal Path is literally at the end of the camping fields with great beaches within a 10 minute walk.
Love it there and visit twice a year in the quieter times.

This site is so relaxing. The pitches are large, with plenty of space between vans.
We were greeted on arrival (reception was closed) and the owners were always around to help and advise if needed.
The fields are large, with pitches round the outside. The only noise comes from the birds.
The toilets and showers are clean, not new, but completely acceptable. The only downside was that there were only 2 out of 4 showers and the same number of toilets open, presumably to reduce cleaning. However, there was never a queue when I went.
Overall, a very relaxing place to stay. It’s only a 5 minute walk down a quiet lane to dog friendly beaches.
Our second stay in the last 12 months. Already planning a third.

Another fantastic stay at Trethias - lots of space, amazing views and spotlessly clean.
Lovely, short walk along the coast path where there is food etc. available at the YHA and a small shop. Thank you.

Superb location on the cliffs in north Cornwall, near St Merryn. Amazing beaches are very close by, and the nearest two are both dog-friendly.
The scenery in that area is stunning and the site has easy access to the coast path.
The site itself is very well laid out and there's plenty of space. All units are around the edges of the field, so you never feel hemmed in.
There's minimum noise as well, and at night, lighting is kept to a minimum, which was great.
Around the edges, the owner, Leroy, has left long grass and flowers to attract wildlife. Bluetooth was a bit patchy, which was the only slight negative.
We really enjoyed our stay

This campsite is situated near St Merryn Cornwall. The site overlooks the sea, with several bays within easy walking distance, the bays are accessible by road or walking along the cliffs, with stunning views.
The campsite is very well maintained, the shower and toilet blocks are very clean and are regularly cleaned throughout the day.
Convenient electric hook up, with plenty of drinking water points dotted around the site. The site is quite and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing holiday right next to some beautiful sandy beaches.
The site has a mixture of Statics, Motorhomes and Camping pitches. It is definitely the best site I have stayed on, so much so that I have added my name to the waiting list for a static home on site.

One of my favourite sites in Cornwall.
Located right on the coast path, just 5 mins stroll to Treyarnon Bay with its food and beach stalls plus the excellent YHA cafe. Gorgeous walks, and beaches, in both directions.
Generous pitches around the edge of the field only, so it never feels crowded. Beautiful views over the sea.
It can be pretty windy - tents can tuck in to the lower hedge if necessary.
Toilet and shower facilities always clean and well maintained.
Site owners friendly and helpful.
