Amazing location, sunsets and views.
Large pitches.
Site well maintained
Small shop and office is a short walk away but we enjoyed a little walk down every morning to pick up paper. David is usually around if you need any help or have any problems.
Our dogs loved the dog field plenty of space to have a run around.
Thank you Trethias we will be back

The booking was easy and the people who run the site are friendly. We missed the turn on the way in which was interesting.
The pitches are lovely and big, the views stunning. Dog walking area is great and the atmosphere is relaxed.
The reception is some way from the actual site which I found interesting but not a problem. I'm sure if you didn't walk to pay they would remind you by parking their tractor extremely close :-)
On a damp day, the showers are some distance but the facilitates are good, although a few seconds longer on the push button shower would be nice.
Overall I would definitely return, I thought I had found the best campsite in this area but I was pleasantly surprised by this one and would recommend it. The overall cost was good and excellent value.
The walk to the beach is so easy. Recycling is great. All Good :-)

A very pleasant and well maintained site.
Very spacious pitches.
Encourages recycling.
Very close to the family friendly beach.
The office/shop was I thought too far away.
Could benefit from being on the site.

We have been going to this site for 40 years and always find it completely satisfactory. The main attraction is that it is very well spaced and peaceful as well as being on the cliff top. The owners are very caring and considerate.

Quiet, clean, friendly. The most beautiful place Has a wonderful time with 25 year old son & dog. Would recommend to the world but tempted to keep secret ! Sea views & plenty of space. The owners could fit way more pitches but choose instead to keep the open space so pitches are around the edge of the fields only Will definitely be returning every year.

Site was in a beautiful position - plenty of space in the middle of the field with views to the sea, easy access to Treyurgan beach and coastal path. Showers and toilet block were basic but clean and sufficient.
Would recommend and definitely return. Children and dogs welcomed but we didn't bring either.

This is our third year back at Trethias Farm and it has been a fantastic holiday. We travel down from Aberdeen, and at the end of each holiday we think to ourselves ‘Will we come back again next year? Is it worth the long trip?’ And our conclusion is a definite ‘Yes’.
The site is up on the cliffs just off the coastal path, but there are sheltered pitches if required. It’s a short walk down to Treyarnon Bay which is just an amazing beach for kids. It’s big enough to go exploring on the cliffs, rock pools, caves and along the coast path, but small enough to feel friendly and safe. The waves can be good for boarding, and the beach is perfect for building castles, daming the river, sunbathing and barbecuing.
We have a 9, 7 & 4 year old and they just love it. Plenty to do locally if you want to escape the beach and campsite, but we can fill 2 weeks without having to use the car.
The site has brilliant basic facilities (toilet blocks, showers, wetsuit cleaning tub). The chip van comes to the site every week and there are numerous pubs, restaurants, coffee rooms and take aways in easy distance. A couple you could walk to.
All in all a fabulous place for a beach holiday. We’ll be going back next year again.

First stayed at Trethias Farm 30 odd years ago and have been back several times (would have been more but we lived in Scotland then Singapore and now Northern England. The site is brilliant. The location, 10mins from lovely Treyarnon Bay, on the SW Coast Path and near to atmospheric Padstow. Whilst Treyarnon Bay has the Youth Hostel/café/pub, Porthcothan beach with pub and café and Constantine Bay beach are both within easy walking distance.
The site layout is unusual for a large site: a series of huge fields with units sited only around the edge giving a feeling of spaciousness. The owner is a frequent and friendly visitor to the site on his tractor keeping the grass under control. The facilities are a little dated but perfectly adequate and coped well even though the site was fairly busy. A plus was the wetsuit washing facility with outside shower to remove salt from people and dogs.
All in all a really great site.

A fabulous site; went for 2 weeks and stayed for 4!
There is nothing here except toilets and a shower / laundry block. Reception has some food items for sale. However it has the best views, stunning sunsets, access to the coastal footpath and is a quick 5 minute walk from gorgeous Treyarnon Bay. The plots are also well spaced and in June we had lots of space as units are spread oily.
The site is kept in great condition by David and Leroy staffs the useful shop at reception. The shop on the bay car park stocks most things and has newspapers. A short drive or longer walk will take you to Constantine where there is another shop. St Merry is five minutes drive with a wider range of shops and take aways. The YHA at Treyarnon has great coffee and the terrace has views of the bay. Some Saturdays, they have live music. Padstow is an easy 15 minute drive away. Lots of food and shopping. ;
Trethias is great, I loved it; my dogs loved it! Where else would I go body boarding. We can’t fit in another visit this year but I tend to return in 2019

Trethias Farm is off the beaten track, so care is needed to navigate the roads but once there, Trethias has plenty of space to manoeuvre your vehicle. The staff were very friendly on arrival and helped to locate pitch. Pitches are level and roomy. Shower block is clean with loads of hot water, just wondering why the shower block is in the field with static caravans though, would have been better to have touring and shower block together in same field. Didn't use the laundry room or wash up facilities. The real bonus of this site was its position to Treyarnon bay and the coastal path, stunningly beautiful coast line. There is a small shop at Treyarnon with basics and the site reception is a walk from the site which we passed but didn't use so having provisions if intending not to go off site is a must. I'm really hoping to visit again this summer because it is so stunning
