Excellent campsite experience, right from the moment we arrived. Great welcome, offered several pitches and shown the facilities.
One of the best dog walks on a site I've seen - an enclosed field for letting them run free and paths leading off towards the beach.
Close to Dunbar with shops and places to eat.
Overnight stop - reckon we could have spent a week here

This site is situated almost on the beach, stunning views and a short walk from a bay with a white sand beach.
The site description does say that it's a windy site, and we had to take our awning down after the first night because of this, as did several others.
The toilet block is clean with enough showers, sinks and toilets however despite us being there in April when the temperatures were cool the doors were hooked open almost all the time meaning the building was cold when you came out of the shower, maybe as Scotland still had Covid restrictions in place?
We used the washing machine whilst there without problems. There is a children's play area on site, but its in the far corner of the site.
You can walk along the coast into Dunbar, unfortunately the golf course is between the site and the sea so you first have to walk in the opposite direction to get to the coastal walk.
The local area is mainly flat and cycling friendly.
We caught the train into Edinburgh and back for the day and parked the car near the train station for free. There's also a parkrun in Dunbar.
If we were to visit the site again it would be in the summer months with less likelihood of wind.

An excellent campsite, we were shown to a perfect spot and guided on the campsite facilities.
It's an ideal way to explore the beautiful East Coast or just to relax in lovely quiet surroundings.
Will definitely return 😀👍🏕🏍

The site was very well run with the wardens very helpful and ready to assist if any problems arose.
The splendid views over the firth of forth with the Bass Rock nearby was a delight.
The bin area was always tidy and the toilets were exceptionally clean at all times.

Reasonable site and conveniently situated for Dunbar - a short drive away.
Views on much of the site were blocked by vegetation / trees, with the top row being best for having a chance of a view.
The single track road to the site continues on to a couple of car park viewing points which is worth a trip to. Spoiled a little by the continuous belching of the cement factory chimney in the background I have to say though.
Dunbar was a pleasant place to visit - good shops, cafes etc and there is the museum at John Muir's birthplace which I highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful site assistant, explained the different facilities clearly.
No toilets or showers open due to C-19 restrictions. However the cost was not reduced, £60 for 2 nights was expensive.
Great views, walks and a beach nearby.

A friendly welcome from the very helpful staff, wonderful views of Dunbar and the Firth of Forth, good pitch condition.
Strong pegs for tents essential as quite stony ground underneath the grass.
Child friendly play area with climbing frame/wall, slide, swings, grass area for ball games.
Small shop on site but only emergency supplies. Asda supermarket is 2 miles down the road with everything you forgot.
Perfect holiday on a wonderful site

A very pleasant site Owners very helpful Well kept pitches very clean toilets and showers and other facilities
Wonderful views of coast, Bass Rock in particular. Pity access to beaches was not within easy walking distance but beach one mile away was lovely and very select.
We will visit here again soon.
