Loved our stay here only minutes away from st andrews beautiful views great staff great facilities! Bathrooms were clean. Weather was good which was nice.
It was great for my child and elder lyrics mum. Staff told us about local walks and were very friendly.

We visited for 5 days, in October half term 2020. The static caravan was immaculate, and they were well set up for Covid safety.
The park is right on the main road and the traffic noise was sometimes quite loud particularly at night but it wasn't too intrusive. It's about a mile into St Andrews but you probably wouldn't want to walk or cycle it as it's quite a fast road. No other facilities within walking distance.
The park is very tidy, with what seemed to be plenty of facilities. The booking info included a full page of rules (kids to be supervised at all times, no hoverboards, no cycling after 9pm. ) which seemed a bit over the top but perhaps the rules are needed to maintain the quiet, friendly atmosphere.
There is a bar but no food on site. The main playground next to the bar and pool is well set up, plenty of equipment to keep 10-20 kids occupied at any time, and it was very tidy but well used. Our 8 year old loved it.

Great site lovely and peaceful and very reasonable price.
Clean hot showers, pub on site, and pool that was shut because of covid only thing, the kids ages from 3-7 year olds were still in the pub at 11pm at night.

Clean, organised, well-equipped, well-maintained, good separation of noise-makers from boring farts.
Some road noise especially at rush hours but not a major issue.

Lovely situated site easy reach of St Andrews but very limited mobile coverage, no mobile broadband.
Cycled the area but roads very rough and busy.
A very wet stay but was able to go onto a hard standing.

Beautifully clean caravan and bar/shop/pool areas. However we arrived when the office was closed and although the warden was easy to find they gave us no information other than the key and said 'it's the 4th van down' - the vans weren't numbered and they didn't even come down with a torch to help us - they did know that we had travelled by train so no car lights etc.
Also no useful information in the van indicating where the bar was etc and no signage.
However bus stop outside the site every hour into town which was useful and very friendly staff in the bar - we would use the site again.
Small pots of long life milk would have been useful as there was tea/coffee/sugar. Would be 10 out of 10 if food was available in the bar.
