Back once again from this lovely site toilet and shower facilities very good there is a laundry too but did not use. Shop at garage at entrance to site that as milk, bread and other bits you may need including papers. The Site backs up to the sea wall on which you can walk into the town when you turn left and turn right be on to a coastal walk for the fit visitor. There is a club that serves food some nights not all so check. We ate there and it was very tasty. The town is lovely and has all the shops you would need for a holiday and lots of cafes bars and a great fresh seafood shop ad a pretty harbour. There is a bus stop at the site entrance and a good play area and three pools a small one for the children and two for the older ones. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We will be back.

This is our third annual visit to the site - in most areas it didn't disappoint. The swimming pools were being well used, the shower facilities were as clean as ever, the site in itself was still well maintained.
We booked Sunday Lunch and had a fantastic meal - Carvery and puddings were fantastic and the portion sizes were huge. The waiting staff and chef were friendly and accommodating.
The bar doesn't open all day, and you can't take dogs inside but the beer garden is lovely and a real sun trap.
The only blight was the attitude of the gentleman driving around the site everyday, checking that we were all obeying the rules. We had 3 dogs (2 terriers and a black lab) and whilst I can appreciate the 'dogs must be kept on a lead' rule, the fact that the dogs were in the awning off the lead and well under our control made the fact that he stopped his truck, and with little politeness came over and demanded that we put their leads on did seem a little over zealous. That said, the quality and value of the site means that we are booked to visit again in August, and have decided that we will definitely be coming again next year if the site will have us.

Friendly staff at reception. Everything in the grounds was neat and tidy with good sized pitches and plenty of bins.
Toilet and shower block was spotlessly clean and the showers were powerful and had an excellent area in each shower for keeping your clothes dry and for getting changed. The indoor washing up facilities looked good although we didn't need to use them.
The swimming pool and children's facilities looked good although we didn't use them on this occasion.
There were handy steps and a path from the site to the harbour and shops.
We could have done with some signs to tell us where we could fill the motorhome with water. The water tank emptying facility was the best we have found on our travels, a large concrete standing with a sloping drain.
Very quiet site at night.

What a fabulous campsite. The pitches were spacious. The shower/toilet block was spotlessly clean, as was the whole campsite. The showers are large and the showers are lovely and warm.
I took my 4 grandchildren, we arrived on the monday and stayed for 10 nights, the car never left the campsite for the whole holiday. The children were more than happy with the site and the facilities it provided. The biggest disappointment (which is not the campsites fault) was the beach, it is very rocky, but the children enjoyed crabbing and throwing rocks in the sea. The club provided excellent entertainment for both young and old. The play area was clean, the pool area was always clean with plenty of sunbeds around the pool.
We had sunday lunch in the seren las restaurant on the site. What a fabulous carvery we had. As much as we could eat and every mouthful was delicious. We also had an evening meal in the restaurant and that was as good as the sunday lunch. Good sized meals and at reasonable prices too. Top marks all around for the chef and staff.
The town is a short walk from the campsite and has a chinese, indian, kebab and a chip shop. A real must is the honey ice cream you can get from town.
All the staff on the site were friendly and helpful. We are definitely planning to return again. One of the best sites we have stayed at.
Thank you aeron coast caravan park for making our stay so much fun.

Wow - What a place! Beautiful scenery, flat ground, wonderful shower and toilet block, great facilities for adults and kids alike - in the middle of an incredibly quaint town.
I was surprised that given how many children were staying how quiet it was. All site rules seemed to be observed beautifully.
The Club House was great, although you can't take your dog inside, there is plenty of room outside, and this is a campsite that seems to be full of dogs and their owners!
It's really reasonably priced and great value for money. The food is excellent!
It is literally a hop, skip and a jump to the harbour, you can walk along the main street in town or take a scenic walk along the sea front.
Well worth a stay!

Stayed last weekend and thought it was lovely. Beautiful spot. Pitches rather tight. Shower block immaculate and never had to wait, water very hot (not sure why other reviews say not) and cubicles great for showering a family of children nice and spacious. Lucky enough to use outdoor pools every day - beautifully clean and heated, and in nice sheltered spot - just lovely. Have booked again.
Entertainment for children was hit and miss - not always on, but clubhouse is nice and new. WE didn't try the meals, but heard they were good and worth the money.
Few minutes walk to the lovely harbour. Pretty village with nice shops. Right on seafront.

Just returned from Aeron Coast yesterday {26/6/13} and have to compliment all who run this site, stayed 5 nights but really wanted to stay longer. Everything from the club house {Sunday carvery was excellent} to the shower/toilet block was really A1 and just cannot find fault. This site is a holiday heaven whether in tent, motorhome or tourer, been 3 times prior and look forward to our next visit. The hard work of all concerned is very much appreciated.

Just spent 3 nights here, the first 2 nts where mid-week and very quiet, but the last night was a fri - oh boy doesn, t it change character then - we were surrounded by tents, and children, very noisy, think tents should be in separate field from other units. Staff very welcoming, location could not be better, right on seafront, 2 mins walk to town, the shower/ toilet blocks desperately need updating, water not very hot, and they clean the shower block at 8-8. 30 am, surely this is the busiest time of the day, have never come across this anywhere before. To summarise, perfect spot for a stopover on route to snowdonia and beyond - Aberaeron is a delightful town - but avoid weekends unless you enjoy other people, s children.

Fantastic site. Lovely welcome, nice pitch, loads of space for the kids to play. Toilets and showers always spotless and although not many showers we never had to queue, Cleaned regularly and the biggest showers with changing areas I have ever seen on a campsite, Excellent facilities for the children, indoor and outdoor play areas and 3 lovely pools, Club house with food and entertainment for all the family during the holidays but on the other side of the site so no noise by the pitches. Fantastic location with a 10 minute walk into beautiful Aberaeron and nothing better than waking up to the spund and smell of the sea. We had a lovely weekend and I would highly recommend this site, and we hope to back again soon.
Some road noise but we didn't really notice it and this is West Wales, the road became very quiet during the evening and when we booked in we were allocated a pitch away from the road as we had children in a tent. Great customer service.

This year is Aeron Coast's 50 year anniversary so we made the most of their special offer (check on line, we had 1 night free out of season). Its an ideal site, located right by the sea, pebbles not sand though! There's a really good accessible path along the coast that took us to the next village. On site the showers were free, clean & hot there is a club house, but we didn't go in. I think peak time it could get very busy, there seems to be a lot of static caravans on site as well. The walk into Aberaron is either down a paved area alongside a busy road or again along a coastal path that's flat ideal for children & the disabled, lots of activities to do & see there. The Celtic chip shop is a must, we eat both in the restaurant & had a take away & eat on a harbor seat! Our long weekend went far too quickly must book again!
