Excellent site, very clean and well kept.
Toilet/showers always clean and plenty of hot water. Washing up area also clean, washing machine available to use free of charge.
The camping pitch was level in the camping field, all with EHU, easy to peg out.
Close to the bus stop although buses infrequent. Pub, petrol station/shop and chip shop 5 mins walk.
John the owner is pleasant, Hussain, who keeps everything clean and tidy is very chatty and friendly.
Very nice stay here and we will return.
Would highly recommend it.

Returned after 4 years to find it was still a lovely site to stay at.
The toilet and waste disposal areas are cleaned many times during the day
And are impeccable. John the owner could not have been more helpful.
Will definitely be returning more regular. However must mention, you do
Need levelling blocks. Buses are regular nearby to various towns in the area.

Cannot fault this site. It was relaxed and quiet and the owner very welcoming.
The showers and toilets were spotless and cleaned very frequently.
It is in a great position for exploring the North Norfolk coast as well as other interesting places nearby.
The nearby fish and chip shop is superb and there is a pub/ restaurant nearby.
We will definitely be returning.

Fantastic place, mostly flat pitches but some a small slope, nothing problematic, facilities immaculate, everything so clean.
The site is also very quiet and a fishing lake opposite can be fished at discount price for ppl staying here.
Location great, bus stop five mins walk to get into norwich or cromer/sheringham. Also by the bustops one side a nice pub with good beer garden and opposite is a fish and chip shop, which is also good.
Definitely gonna stay here again.
John the owner is very helpful and a nice welcome board is there on your arrival to say what pitch you are on.

Been coming here every 6-8 weeks for many years.
Due to Covid John now has a full time on site cleaner handyman Hussain which allows him to keep the shower block and washing facilities open all year round. He is very thorough and you’ll struggle to find a muddy footprint, dusty window sill or light bulb out.
Always been quiet and peaceful. Levelling ramps needed for most pitches. Cromer 15mins away by bus or car

Good clean facilities. Showers included in pitch fee. Good powerful showers. Free use of washing machine and dish washing sink. Plentiful amount of hot water.
Unusual site at back of owners bungalow. Sloping site but terraced in places. Owner John friendly but not intrusive.
Site in good position for visiting Cromer and other seaside resorts also ideal for seeing nearby national Trust sites.
Excellent value for money at £18 per night.
