Covered the Covid requirements. Greeted not long after arriving, came to see us before leaving to say goodbye.

The site was good value for money and as mentioned has a first class shower/toilet blpck.
Care needed when finding your pitch as signage could be much clearer. There is a black board on the garage which has your name and pitch number. Then drive past the garage following the gravel road. Turn left into the camping field. DO NOT CARRY STRAIGHT ON UP THE HILL, thinking that leads to the upper site.
The site slopes but has been terraced so pitches are reasonably level. But wheel chocks and wooden blocks for steadies advised.
Bus stop is about 2 min walk from where you can travel all the North Norfolk coast. Bus about every 30 mins weekdays.

Nice clean site, very well maintained. Nice new toilets, showers, kitchen for washing up and a washing machine for visitors to use.
Very helpful friendly owner and maintenance man.
Great location for the coast, pub nearby and great fish and chips just across the road.
Would recommend.

John was very friendly. Spotless facilities. Only regret couldn’t get wi fi as too far from his house.
Convenient to get to Cromer, bus at end of road. Good pub food and fish and chips 5 minutes walk.
Very reasonable price

We have visited this site before. It is small - around 20 pitches and close to amenities. There is a pub, Fish and Chip Shop and mini store within 5 minutes walk.
The shower and toilet block is small but exceptionally clean. Social distancing was in evidence on the site.
Only downside for us is the number of dogs on the site, and unfortunately some owners allow their dogs to bark Incessantly.

Great campsite. 15 pitches with plenty of room between each pitch.
The site is neat and tidy and the toilet / shower block is well maintained and regularly cleaned.
Nearby is a superb fish and chip shop, a garage with Spar shop and a local pub, which also offers a take-away menu, which they will deliver.
Only a few miles away from Cromer and a regular bus service nearby.
We can thoroughly recommend this campsite, based on our experience.

We stay here every couple of months all year round as my wife's brother lives nearby. Its a small quiet site that's only 15 mins drive into Cromer. There is a bus stop on the main road 500 yds away by the pub if preferred.
The photos make the site look a bit cluttered but this is not our experiences.
John is a friendly typical laid back Norfolk guy who is there if needed, otherwise leaves you alone once hes been round to collect the very reasonable fees (£16 incl elec) in the mornings.
Good size washing up facilities room including washing machine (free)
Plenty of showers and toilets for size of site. (Separate M/F toilets but showers shared).
Pub down road needs decorating inside but does good food up till 21:00 sharp. Excellent chip shop also closes at this time.
Only advice I would give is if its your first time visiting arrive in daylight as site is sloped and pitches not lit. (Toilet block is lit)
Your surname and pitch number are written up on a black board attached to his garage which we quickly catch in our headlights as we arrive late.
Some pitches are not as level as others (Pitches 1, 2 & 3 are best) but we never use leveling blocks unless really necessary (defeats the object of having a camper van to me) so not that bad. A couple of shunts normally sorts it out.
Much prefer this small site to staying in West Runton with herds of others.
