This is an excellent site in a stunning location. There are views of the beautiful bay from almost every location. Pitches are generous and many have beautifully planted hedges between them to offer privacy. The site is on a slope but most of the pitches are pretty level.
The facilities are second to none with showers, pot-wash, freezer and microwave available for free and laundry facilities for a charge. There is also free wifi with a very good signal at our pitch which was quite near reception. There is quite a long, bendy drive from the road to the site which would have bothered me if I was towing a caravan.
The coastal path runs through the site and we walked to Fishguard and got the bus back. There is a garden open to the public within walking distance and a whole heap of other places to see and things to do.

Just returned from a 4 day stay at the Fishguard Bay Camping Park and I have to say with no exaggeration that this is the best camp site that me and my wife have been to.
The location and view is simply beautiful. Site facilities were modern and clean(or my wife would not have stayed!)
The shop was handy and the staff were very helpful and polite. Good pitches, no stones under your tent.
Electric hook up very good and Free Wi-Fi. What more can you say!
We definitely will recommend this site to our friends.

Two nights here on tour of Pembrokeshire.
The most fantastic views from from this site.
Hard and grass standings. The best toilet bock ever! Tastefully decorated, clean, hot showers, mirrors the lot! Superb. Laundry room and fridge / microwave facilities for campers. Shop on site with all the essentials + info. TV room + small games room. Not at all tacky, really quite sweet. Free Wi Fi while on site.
Narrow approach road, do not follow sat nav!.
Well kept site with top class facilities would def stay again in area.
Coastal walk into Fishguard, lovely. Bus back!
Beautiful coast walk to Newport in other direction, nice town. Bus back!
Car needed to get about, unless you like walking, plenty of walking direct from site with good public transport to get you back!

I think we died and went to heaven! Oh what a beautiful site, lovely views and of course we had beautiful weather - (yes in October) so it added to the lovely time we had - there. The lane is very narrow but we had no problems, lovely walks along the cliffs.Toilets/showers are excellent, warm and clean. Little shop was very well stocked although when we went there were a few things not in stock, expected at the time of year. All in all a lovely site helpful friendly staff, which all adds to a lovely holiday - thank you

Overall I was very pleased with this site. My family loved the location. Brilliant view of the Fishguard / Abergwuan and Goodwick / Wdig port.
Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Large pitches add value for money. Facilities are custom built by the owners to ensure high standards. Large shop sells everything, even pressurisers for camping gas bottles. Friendly staff. Games room is great, complete with pool table and 5 arcade games.
Not far from Fishguard and there is a coastal path that takes you in 2 directions. Hours of path. Beautiful terrain and close to the cliff edge ensures a great experience.
I would recommend taking a bike as Wales is the cycle country of the UK. Lots of cycle paths compared to England.
Warm and pleasant weather with lots of attractions in the surrounding area.

Just returned from a one week camping holiday on fishguard bay.
The site is very pretty - the planting between the various fields is great, and does help make the site feel more cosy and act as a windbreak. The site is directly above the sea and so does get a bit breezy. It's not as exposed as Caerfei (where I was earlier this year) down just below St Davids, as its higher above the sea - but it also doesn't have the beautiful beach within walking distance.
There is the remains of a second world war lookout post at the bottom of the site, and the views from here across fishguard bay are wonderful.
The site facilities are the best I have seen - the loos and showers are warm and clean, and the provision of shaver points and hairdryers beats anywhere else I have been. There was always plenty of soap in the hand dispensers and lots of loo roll. (And the showers were always hot!)
The on site shop has limited food, but loads of camping stuff - like pegs and replacement toggles - and was open 8-8 when we were there.
The staff were friendly and even gave an individual map on check-in with explicit directions to our pitch.
I have a very large tent, and this is the only slight drawback to the site for me - the pitches are of various sizes, and there are very few that can cope with a larger family tent and awning, especially as one side of the tent fields needs clear areas for access to some of the static units (If you have a normal sized tent - this is not an issue at all as there are lots of differently sized pitches - and you will be asked when you book to make sure its suitable)
All of the camping fields slope down towards the sea to some degree, with some pitches affected more than others - you just have to bear this in mind when pitching (and booking - check the map on the website). There was a nice collection of stones by the side of our pitch used by previous campers to level tables - these worked nicely!
The site is fairly isolated, but if you're happy to drive then there is plenty to do in the area - from St Davids Cathedral in Britains smallest city, to wonderful clean beaches.

Fantastic site, great views, a mixture of tents caravans and statics. We phoned day before arrival and were given a hard standing overlooking the bay, fabulous sunsets.
The facilities are excellent and everything spotless, the only downside is the access road from the A487, my God is it narrow for about a mile, was bad enough with a motorhome, I would hate to take a caravan down.
That really is the only negative, can't fault it otherwise. Cost for motorhome with electric was £23 a night which is more that I usually pay, but if you want the facilities ie laundry, microwave, fantastic showers etc then it's worth it.

We stayed here for three nights last week and it was undoubtably the best campsite we have ever used. The location was amazing- you are on the top of a cliff and the facilities were spotless and well maintained. The family running the campsite were very friendly and always there to help if needed. Will definitely be coming back here again.
We visited St Davids while we were there- it is a good 30 minute drive from the campsite, but very worth it.

We have just returned from a fantastic week at the site. We paid for a large tent, and had a massive pitch, with a lovely view over Fishguard / Goodwick harbour.
We booked this site based largely on the reviews here, and we were not disappointed. The showers and toilets were kept spotlessly clean, and there was never a problem getting into the showers, which considering it was the first week of the summer holidays was amazing! We appreciated and made good use of the washing up sinks and the free freezers for ice packs. The facilities in general are excellent, and the whole site is well maintained and managed.
As others have mentioned, the access lane to the site is narrow, although we found it fine, as long as you drive at a sensible speed! There are passing places, which were perfectly adequate the times we met cars on the lane.
We had a great week exploring the area on the Coastal path, and on bikes. Fishguard itself has a limited selection of shops / restaurants, but we found it an excellent location for visiting the surrounding areas.
We would recommend this site to anyone who wants a site with excellent facilities within easy reach of northern Pembrokeshire.

Site position is fabulous - high on the cliff overlooking Fishgauard Bay.
The Pembrokeshire coastal path runs through the site so you can walk in either direction. Nothing else within walking distance such as pubs, restaurants etc. A small shop on site sells all basics.
Site consists of a mix of tourers and statics, everything kept spotlessly clean. We paid £23 for 1 night with electric - the most expensive site in our 10 day trip, gentleman behind us was quoted £19 for tent with 1 adult, no electric - not a cheap site - but lovely views and very clean facilities.
