We have just returned from a really lovely stay here, cant wait to return.
The owners we very friendly and extremely helpful when we asked for directions to the shops.
Didn't mind at all paying 10 pound deposit for a toilet key as they were a pleasure to use and not the only camp site we have visited that do this.
Our children loved the play area and its lovely being able to pitch around the outside of the play area so you can see what they get up to.
As for the shops,my husband plus child and buggy walked into littlehampton town which took him 30 mins to get there.
If you come out the camp site and turn right at the main road at the roundabout is a burger king/little chef and shell garage.
If you come out the camp site and turn left at the main road and then left again at the roundabout there is a small somerfields and some takeaway places, off license, paper shop, chemist.(the stagecoach bus 700 also goes round this area).
All in all a great little site, just trying to arrange the time to visit again.

Great site not to big but plenty of play areas for the children, the shower and toilet block very clean and smelt fresh.
The camp commandant and wife friendly although there shop was basic a large Sainsbury’s is a stones throw away with plenty of other shops in the area.
Situated in a great town with plenty of places to visit.
Recommend you give it a go.

I have just returned from a week at this camp site and can say that without a doubt we will be returning. My two kids (5 and 6) loved it. The play area, the ball area and the ability to run around in a field was great to them. Yes there is a £10 deposit for the toilet key and yes you have to take young children there when they want to go, but it is no hardship. I was a little concerned about previous reviews but found them unjust. There are rules but then they are there to make it a nice place for every one.
The site is an ideal location to explore Littlehampton, Harbour Park was especially a favourite of my kids. If it is raining then Worthing Bowling was a good alternative and if you decide to visit the Flying Fortress indoor play area and you have kids older than 5 ensure y9u arrive after 12:00. Also Amberley Industrial museum is close by.
But as for the site itself it is a great site, well managed and very clean. The toilets and showers are thoroughly cleaned every day between 11:00 and 12:30. There is plenty of hot water, outside washing up areas and some great places to pitch the tents. It rained everyday we were there, but the ground was not boggy or mud soaked. It was a great place to take a camping trip.

This is our 5th visit to this site. The site is ideal for families. You can sit and relax while the children enjoy playing in the park area. Toilets and shower area is very well looked after. I would recommend this park to anybody who is looking for a nice quite peaceful holiday .

Overall, a nice campsite with a fenced off area for ball games and a separate children's play area.
The showers are clean but you need to get a key (£10) deposit to access them which was a pain with the kids when they needed the loo.
The staff however, we found to be unfriendly and not very pleasant. They were also very keen on people vacating pitches on time etc.
This definitely put us off returning soon.
The campsite was very well situated for Littlehampton beach and town.

This is a great family site. Well laid out. There is a playground with swings, see-saw and climbing beams in the middle of the tent field. A large fenced area for ball games. The road runs in a circle around the edge of the tent field with camper vans and caravans (not many of these during our stay) pitched around the edge of the field.
Toilets and showers spacious, clean with plenty of hot water. 3 washing up sinks outside toilet block.
You can pitch your tent wherever you like which is handy if you actually want to be near the playground or not.
The only possible draw back is that you can hear the droning traffic noise from the A259, but that's your choice if you camp in a town.
We had a lovely 5 night stay. Definitely a site to be recommended.

Best toilet and shower block I have seen.
Loads of peace and quiet. Really nice.
Big downside was having to leave a ten pound deposit for a toilet block key. You cant have the deposit back if you leave before eight thirty.
I was up fed packed and ready to go at seven but had to hang around until eight thirty to get my deposit back

We have visited 5 or 6 times over the last couple of years with up to five children. We have had no Cause for complaint and always found Les and Jean perfect hosts. Great for kids and good security.
The shower block is very good, cleaned on a regular basis and water is always hot. The only bind is the entrance barrier, but it does a good job of stopping traffic racing on to the site with the kids running about.
All in all a very good site.

Read the negative reviews and took a nervous punt on this site as we couldn't pre-book anywhere else over the Bank Holiday weekend. Needn't have worried, IT WAS GREAT! Got a warm welcome from the owners, kids played non-stop (playground in the middle of the site that's visible from pretty much anywhere is brilliant), facilities were good (ample and clean) and we were left to our own devices with no overbearing rules and regs. Had a blast. Cheers for a fab weekend break, Daisy Fields!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The site was spotless and the shower/toilet block was a pleasure to use. The field was level and well maintained. The owners were really nice people and very helpful. If we come this way again we will use this site. We recommend it to every one.
