Found this site by chance as everywhere else was booked up. Very clean and tidy site, water tap and drain on every pitch. Very quiet at night. Owners live on site. Great site hardstanding pitches people very friendly 2 lots of showers and toilet blocks cleaned daily 40p shower or 3 for £1.00 lasts 6 mins which is more than enough time to have a shower main gate pass and key to toilet block.
Shop on site selling main essentials bread milk etc. A lot of people stay there for season. But all friendly. Very easy access to other places bridlington filey scarborough. Playground for children. Only downside maybe need a torch if you use toilets at night. We will be going back again on a regular basis weather permitting. Well recommended. About 2 mins out of filey by car.

Have been going to this site on and off for about six years. The toilets and showers we have always found to be clean and adeqate for our needs. The best thing about this site is the location Filey or the beach is easy walking distance. It is also a good site for dog owners with some beautiful walks close by with miles of beach to walk on.Another plus is the location of the train station about ten minutes walk away with an exellent service to Scarborough or Bridlington. We seldom use our car when there as we have no nead to. Hope to be going back in early 2008.

We stayed here for a weekend from Friday and leaving Sunday.
The warden(s) were lovely and friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given a map of the site, shown where our pitch was and also issued with a toilet key and barrier pass. (Made us feel secure from the start!) Reception stocks bacon, eggs, and essentials.I would agree with the other reviews that it seems that most of the vans on here are seasonal but that didn't stop the 'regulars' being friendly.
The location for Muston Grange is its greatest feature. A short drive/long walk/nice bicycle ride will get you into the heart of Filey or onto the beach. The downsides to staying here:- After dark a torch is required, I got lost finding my way back to the van after visiting the toilet.its very dark. When we visited, Yorkshire had been badly rained on since Christmas and so the whole county was water-logged. So the hard-standing was squashy underfoot, so when it was home time the van has sunk quite a bit. I was glad I'm lucky to be in a 4X4 or I could have had problems getting the car out. The toilets were old but kept clean considering the mud, but the showers, (tokens from reception) looked uninviting. My summary would be if you are wanting to stay close to the wonderful town of Filey give this site a try, but I wouldn't like to be staying more than a weekend.

Far too large and far too busy site - filled with regulars who go every weekend! The pitches are too close together and some people didn't respect your privacy and walked across your pitch. I would not go back to the site but if you don't mind a busy site then it's ideally located for a nice walk to the beach and into Filey.

April 2005 We have just returned from a bank holiday weekend trip to this site. All the pitches were full and we did not feel cramped even with a six berth van. It had been raining and the toilet floors were very muddy but this was cleaned every morning. We had no problems with the electricity supply, we were inpressed with the security barrier to leave the site and also found the staff very friendly and helpful. Found a great 15 minute walk down into Filey you would never need to use your car if you didn't want to whilst away. A very nice site fantastically located for the Yorkshire coast.

April 2005 Just got back from a three night break at Muston Grange with my two children and my wife. The site was brilliant, no problem`s with the electric. Everybody friendly and sociable warden strict about rules (especially ball games around the vans). Left van there till next week - thinking about keeping van there all year round!
