Fantastic site a credit to Jane. Easy to access pitches are hard standing

Which are maintained to high standard.

Ideal for walking or visits to South Downs National Park a must!

Very nice pub a few steps down the lane, great food reasonable prices.

We believe we found a gem of a site, highly recommend. Hope to return next year.

We were on the back field and it was lovely and quiet site. We were with friends with their van but only a total of 9 vans on 1st night and then just 3 2nd night. Very peaceful and lovely area.

Jane was very friendly and helpful and there is a lovely pub for drinks and good only a 5 min walk away.

Would definitely be back to stay again.

Great 5 pitch CL CS, 5 minute walk to 6 bells pub. Good walks and cycling from site. Toilet in camping field 50 metres away, no showers but not a problem as we had our own facilities.

Bus stop 20 minute walk away with hourly service to Eastbourne,

Must be one of the friendliest campsite owners I have ever come across, she even loaned us an ordnance survey map of the local area.

Gem of a site, very peaceful, lovely sized flat pitches, nice walks nearby, and the all important pub just up the road.

The owner is very friendly without being intrusive, will definitely return.

What an outstanding gem of a site!

The owner has to be one of the friendliest, happiest and efficient one we've met!

The site is beautiful, in a superb location for walking the South Downs, it was well laid out, and extremely well kept.

This is definitely one site you'd return to again and again.

Thank you for helping make our holiday so memorable.

A 5 pitch site with camping in a separate field.

The hard standing pitches are large and well separated from each other.

With a quiet road on one side and a paddock with a couple of horses in on the other this is a very quiet site.

No facilities except for EHU, water point, dustbins and a CDP

Easy walking from the site onto long distance walks and circular walks, the local church and pub are within easy strolling distance and both worth a visit.

All in all a good site with a helpful but unobtrusive owner, we would visit again without doubt.

Visited this site early March. The pitches are large enough for the van and full awning. The view from the pitch was across a paddock and on over the fields.

Our pitch backed on to the lane but there was very little traffic and not a problem. The owner is very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The Weald Way footpath is just across the lane and we did part of it with our three dogs.

Didn't get too far as the ground was very muddy. The pub and church are an easy walk away. There is a village shop about 1/4of a mile away and Lewes and Eastbourne a short car ride.

We have booked another long weekend in May and would definitely recommend this site.

Beautifully kept site, with hard standings and electrical hook up. Owners very friendly but not intrusive. A site to be proud of. Good area for walking, on the wealdway and very nicely sign posted. There is a lovely pub within walking distance of the site.
