We returned again to Trevedra this summer. This time we stayed in the bottom field. From here it is quite a long hike up to the shower block, but the sea views compensated for this. The bottom field is favoured by the surfers and it can get lively at times, so be warned.
The shower blocks are kept clean and there are facilities for the disabled. The shop is well stocked and I can recomend the chippolatas which are yummy!
There is loads to do in the Penwith area, this year we tried the Minack theatre, an amazing experience. great pub in Sennen has now been complimented by the Beach Cafe, both serving great food. Will we be back ? - you bet!

This site still remains one of our favourites. Laid back atmosphere makes it very appealing. Look forward to returning. The walk up from Gwenver beach never gets any easier! May be worth booking as it can get busy.

June 2002 - September 2002 An excellent site only 2 miles from Lands End. Easy access to the beach via cliff path, either to Sennen Beach or Gwenver Beach. The owners are very friendly and will cater for your every needs. Shop and burger bar on site. I stayed there with friends for 3 months (whilst on a working holiday - shelling crabs in Newlyn!) and loved every minute (although the fog horns get to you after a while).
Well worth a visit - especially for the beach lovers.

august 2001 This site is excellent we have been here 3 times so far and we cannot think of a single thing that could be improved, there is no bar but we take our own booze anyway. If you go to the camp shop for 11.00am you find that the delivery van is there delivering fresh pasties (perfect to take down to the beach for lunch). To get to the beach you have to go down a steep hill but that only keeps the beach more exclusive to those who can be bothered. My rating for this site is ***************************************
