Extremely enjoyable. Wardens very nice and friendly, and went out of their way for us. Toilets exceptionally clean, although £10 deposit on toilet key was a bit much. Tent pitch size quite generous. Playground very fun for kids. Right close to the sea, and close to town (thanks to back exit). Everyone who we met who were staying there were extremely pleasant. I have no bad comments, and we're going back next year!

Lovely site, wardens very friendly. Lousy TV reception and caravans very very close to each other - too close for comfort. Toilets clean. Downside - no shop at all. Only sold milk in reception. Needed to get in car and go into Felixstowe to stock up. Newsagents on way to beach who sold basics but a good walk away. Felixstowe very nice, shingle beach but clean. Would recommend for short visit only.

Just returned from an 8 night stay at Peewit and found it quite an enjoyable site. The toilet block was clean and well maintained. The only downside was the fact that our awning and car were parked under some trees with birds nesting in them - i'll let your imagination do the rest! The childrens play area was a definite hit with our five year old who would have played there all day if we'd let him. The staff were friendly and helpful and left you alone to enjoy your holiday. The seafront is a bit like a mini Blackpool but I would highly recommend the swimming pool near the pier and the Adventure mini golf.

July 2005 A pleasant site with very friendly and helpful staff. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. However we did feel that the pitches were too close together and if we have to pay for hot water to wash our dishes we would like it to be hot! We would certainly stay here again.

March 2005 Big and spacious site so there are plenty of pitches to choose from.
Unfortunately we had booked an electric pitch and when we turned up the tents were pitched a long way from electric points and our 15m flying lead wouldn't reach. No problem from the owners, they refunded us the cost of the electric hook up.
Good facilities, all kept very clean.
Only down side is the noise from the docks which can get a bit loud if there are large container ships running in and out at night.

July 2004 Very clean, friendly site embraced by trees and shrubs. Great for walking the dog around a large presentable grass pathway. Toilets and showers spotlessly clean and Felixstowe sea front 15 mins walk away. The pitches are very small though, and you need to enjoy being VERY close to your neighbors. Recommended for short breaks and getaways.

May 2002 A very well run site we have always had good service from the owners. The shower/ toilets are good as most sites, you pay a deposit for your own key to the toilet block redeemed when you leave. Down side is lousy tv reception
