We went last week of june & first week July. It turned out to be the only dry 2 weeks this year. During the week, the touring section was almost empty, but come the weekend, it filled up with tenters
Complaints to the office fell on deaf ears. The new toilets and shower block would have been exceptional, apart from the low standard of the cleaner. I never noticed a tiled wall wiped once in the 2 weeks we were there.
My wife has to use the disabled facility, which was really well thought out, shame about the loo roll not being replaced properly. One of those giant rolls, and just left on the cistern. I used my own allen key and fitted it properly.
The pitch allocated to me was down hill of the waste water drain, making drainage almost impossible. They claimed to never had a problem before!
The pitch was lumpy and uneven, as if a tractor had recently turned around on it, leaving deep ruts. The laundry room left some thing to be desired £2.50 for a luke warm wash, and another £2.50 for a luke warm dry, it closes with the office. I was told they don't trust people to use it without supervision!
The nearby Whitstable held everything that we needed in the way of provisions, and an excellent chinese (opposite the bowling alley).
We loved the general area, Make sure you allocate a full day for Canterbury, and will definitely visit Kent again

We were very impressed at this site. Me, hubby and 3 kids 9,8 and 5. Very helpful owners, so friendly and approachable. Very easy to find campsite. Yes there is road noise ALL the time but didnt ruin our enjoyment. The site grounds were immaculate and well kept. The shower block was modern and very clean, with hairdryers (all free) although only 3 toilets and 2 showers,(ladies) I guess there may be a bit of a wait at peak times.! A lovely family shower room and under cover washing up area. The on site bar and pool are owned by someone else. The pool isnt very large but well maintained and heated (£1.20 Adults, 70p kids) and was very popular. Tennis court £3.00 per hour but they do provide racquets and balls! The on site bar was cheap and cheerful and in no hurry to throw you out at 11pm. Food reasonably priced.
Launderette and small but adequate gym on site.
The Pitches are a very good size, and you have your own electric, water tap and aerial socket.
The rule is no bikes or skates/skateboards on site, which was a little disappointing as the little playground only suitable up to age 6, although there is a ball game area and 5 a side footie pitch by the static caravans.
Nothing within walking distance, but huge Tescos extra, 10 mins drive. Would we go back. YES as soon as possible!

This site is brilliant, its a fairly quite family owned site. The toilet/shower facilities are kept spotlessly clean and in good repair, they are very modern and spacious, definitely above the normal standard. The site also has a swimming pool. Tennis courts, gym, bar and small playground.
The pitches are quite large, well kept and all have electicity, water, drainage and aerial connection.
Best of all is the management, Mick and Yve,are friendly and helpful at all times. Mick and Yve ensure that the site is well run, and the atmosphere is brilliant. If you need advice or help they are on hand, and nothing is too much trouble. Their assistant Dan is also on hand to help if needed, and is just as friendly.
We cannot find fault with this site, and will be pleased to visit again.

Went for 4 days in a tent used electric hook up, clean and well presented site. Extremely friendly helpful staff who listened to my concerns regarding my dads poor mobility. Extremely secure site with gate which can be opened only by a key fob which they supply and the site has security cameras. Moved us without any quibbles as ground was slightly uneven. Pitches perfect, dogs welcome and they even supply poop bags and bin, excellent and clean well presented facilites, only fault with this site is that facilities will be overstretched in height of season. Could also hear traffic from the motorway but soon got used to it. Also shop only stocked sweets for kids, but londis 10 minute walk made up for this. Handy for day trips to seaside towns, herne bay etc. Definitely will go back, very impressed.

We have stayed here twice now and we will doubtless keep coming back.
Large self contained pitches, lovely staff and a friendly clubhouse make this an ideal weekend haunt for us.
Whitstable is a charming little town and only a few minutes away and you can easily while away a day here.
A delight to stay here.

We were at this site over the August Bank Holiday (sunny) so it was very busy but toilets and showers were still kept very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Almost every pitch has water/hookup although some background road noise this would only disturb a light sleeper. Overall a very nice site.

We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our first attempt at camping. The fact that you have electricity and water on each pitch is excellent. The shower block is lovely - even my 16 year old daughter used it! The staff were very friendly and helpful and we will definitely be going back there. Can be a little noisy at night from the traffic on Thanet Road, but you soon adjust to it and it isn't really a problem. It was lovely walking round talking to your neighbours!

What a well kept site. Made a change to have clean toilets and showers. Site shop didn't stock much, but only a short drive from a Tesco Extra and Whitstable town centre. Web site didn't mention that you have to pay to use the swimming pool. Can't remember how much now think it was about £1.95 for adult and one child. Great location to explore the rest of Kent. Site was nice and quiet in the evenings. Will visit this site again.

We spent four nights at Homing Leisure Park, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The amenities were pretty good, with regularly cleaned shower and washing up facilities close (no matter where your pitch was). The shop and bar/entertainment facilities were pretty basic, but if your camping that is not really what you go for. The tap, light and power-point on our pitch post came in very handy. The pitches were a very good size with each one marked out clearly and big enough for a touring caravan, awning and car, so plenty of room for our little tent and car! It is definitely a place to visit with a mode of transport as there is actually not too much in Seasalter itself, a couple of pubs, shops and a nice coast, but Canterbury, Herne Bay and Whitstable are a very short and easy ride away so good for days out. The outdoor pool looked very nice but unfortunately the weather we had on our visit made it impossible to use. This was our first camping trip so have nothing for comparison but I would highly recommend Homing Leisure Park.

A good site with good facilities. Lots of loos and free hot showers, swimming pool, 2 playgrounds and spacious pitches. Only drawback was the constant noise from the busy road near by. Would recommend though if you're not to fussed about traffic noise.
