Have been to this site before with my parents in thier caravan and decided to go with my partner and our tent.
With fishing lakes on site for the other half and Kings Lynn up the road for shopping it is a very well situated site. The fishing is a bargin at £5 a day for up to two rods. The toilet block is clean and tidy. The showers as mentioned above are a £1 but well worth paying. In the block there is also a pool table and a computer game.
Is a lovely site and would recommend to anyone who wants a cheap holiay!

Well spaced out pitches over a large area, mostly flat. Limited facilities, only 2 male showers that I could see in the one toilet block, which could have been cleaner.
Site also had a lot of touring caravans that were pitched long term, complete with fences and decking. Good play area for kids.
Good location for walking into Downham Market, about 35 mins if you set a good pace. The pub in the village also served decent pub food. From Downham it's also easy to get a train to Kings Lynn, well worth it if you've not been before!

Very nice site, only around the corner from us. We ended up there for a week. The toilets were very clean and Tony and Jannet made us very welcome. We will be going back there soon. The fishing was great and the park was good for the little one.
Would recommend to anyone passing as the prices were excellent.

Well run site with good facilities, good rates with no add on for awning. Very child friendly. Spread out site with various lakes, ideal for fishing with lots of room for those that don't fish. Very good overhead power showers (£1 per 8 mins for very hot water)good village shop in walking distance, also mill for great bread.
Downside-just one very good shower block for 100 space site with just 3 male showers and 3 female 3 each toilets and sink basins, though never had to wait too long.
Not too many water points and no site shop.
Overall a very-good well run peaceful site in nice tranquill setting, happy to recomend.

The site had fairly large pitches and each area has a lake which you can fish. We saw quite a lot of wildlife Was not muddy considering it was late January. Not many vans on site
