This was our 2nd trip out in our caravan and have to say site was much better than our last choice.

We booked a super pitch which was fine. Toilets were clean, showers were cold on first day but advised member of touring office who advised there had been no previous complaints and this would be rectified, which it was.

Unfortunately, the pool was freezing due to a fault but didn't stop the kids from going in!  Entertainment was good and not too far to walk to the entertainment zone.  Swing park suitable for all ages, boating lake, horse riding, bike hire, bouncing castles, quad bikes.  So plenty for the kids.

Friendly site, lost my handbag and was handed into security without anything being touched.

Would definitely return to this site again.

We stayed here for a couple of nights to see my mum for her birthday as they got a great deal for their touring caravan of £57 for 9 nights! We paid £25 for 3 nights but stayed 2 as it was going to be more money for the 2 nights! It was an OK site the pitches were fine and you could have a premier pitch if you paid extra with all your water and drainage needs to hand. There were lots of bars and entertainment but these were pricey and everything is designed to get money out of you. The showers were clean but had locks on and some reprobates had kicked the locks off( probably so they could mess around in them.)
This site is popular with  of Scottish families as its so close to the border. The best bit for me was the lovely buffet chinese restaurant on site! Its well placed to do some touring in the area and lovely little towns to explore. Would go back again if the price was right as normal prices can be over £300 a week!

Stayed at this site over the may bank holiday for three nights, because we got a good Internet deal, don't think we will be doing it again in a hurry. Kids only used the arcade and the baths they only used once. Not a bad price for three nights camping but have to be willing to put up with lots of noise and smelly showers and toilet blocks. Not much space between pitches either think this site is really for the statics it does not cater very well for tourers.

Stayed lots of times, we like it, ablution block okish, entertainment very good, shop big and good, tv reception fair, main bonus is the outdoor pool is warm, lots of fun, small pool, but warm, I think the indoor pool is getting made over, which is good as they are obviously putting money back in, so can only get better.
Pitches for tourers good. The site is mainly flat and level so ok for disabled, kids on bikes etc, most drivers drove on site slow so again safe for kids,
the entertainment they get here is what makes the place, some very good acts, bands, and toddlers dance is good, kids talent shows are ace, comedians late on very good.

Stayed here 2 nights only because we got a cheap deal on their internet site, this is not the kind of site we normally visit.
Once on site the facilities were ok, clean enough, but our pitch was extremely muddy for this time of year.
Thought the horse-riding was a good idea, but round the site itself!past all the caravans, people arriving and leaving!
Entertainment bars were too busy for us {could not get a seat} so we went back to the caravan.
Be aware! £3 per night per dog! Do not think we will be going back, unless we get another cheap deal.

The touring site (Outside) at Haggerston is reasonably tidy. During our stay many things however let the facility down. The toilet block was smelly and really not as clean as it should have been. Cleaning the toilets at 7.30 am may seem like a good idea but I when I went for my morning shower the toilets where closed?? They also didn't supply toilet brushes,,you can get an idea of the state of the toilets in the evening.
The indoor swimming pool was ok but green algae on the steps made me somewhat wonder about the hygiene of the pool.
The main gripe I have about the site is the way the entertainment is structured to get money of of the punters pockets. A few examples.
The kids show is purely designed to sell bunny ears to the kids at £4 each. (expensive if you have 3 or 4 kids)
They have an animal parade that marches the kids down the hall to have their photos taken again more money.
I went to get some change in the shop and was told by the assistant that company policy was not to issue £5 notes in change only pound coins, guess why?? The figure you will be more likely to spend them.

Noting about this site would ever encourage me to go back. And so the Haven Holidays Lifestyle is not for me.

Got a really cheap deal, £110 for 7 nights, so excellent value for money.  The touring pitches are quite spacious although you did feel a little too close together as the site was very busy when we visited.  The facilities were excellent and on the whole very clean considering how busy the site was.  I think this will be our last visit to a Haven site though, they are far too commercial and as our little boy gets older and wants more they are too expensive.  In fact lots of families were leaving early because they had run out of money.  I did treat myself to a spa session though and that was excellent!

The bar food was good and reasonably priced, only went to the entertainment twice as it was too busy and far too loud for my toddler son!  Could not use the pool either as there were 40 minute waiting times, so gave up with that too!  The playground is excellent, however, you have to walk through the family entertainment bar and the eating area to get to it!

So all in all, if you can get a cheap deal then it is worth it as the location is excellent, there are lovely beaches in the vicinity, but if you have older kids, be warned the activities on site are very expensive, it is £8 for a half hour pony trek round the site and £5 for five minutes on the go karts!  Not to mention all the games machines, fizzy drinks and sweets everywhere!

Went to this site for 4 nights and thought it was very nice. The pitch was a little bumpy it was a caravan pitch we got so not a lot of room to pitch the trailer tent. Couldnt get tent pegs in on one side concrete. Watched the world cup on 4 large screen tv s in one of the bars brilliant. Toilet and shower block very clean plenty of hot water. Plenty to do for the kids would definitely go again

We are just back from Haggerston, it's not the type of site we usually visit but with the prospect of a wet weekend we opted for one of their mad May offers ( £12 for four nights ). We had a good time but it is very expensive if your kids want to try all the activities on site, pedalos, ponies etc. The main thing I wanted to point out is that the toilets must have been upgraded since the last review since they are clean new heated buildings now. We will return but only if we can get a bargain again.

A nice touring sites with level pitches & hard standings but like most of havens sites the toilets & showering facilities for the campers could do with updating. The camping area is only a short walk from the entertainment complex & is well situated on the park.
The entertainment complex has something for everyone with a quiet bar, 2 show bars, burger king, chip shop, cafe, Chinese restaurant amusements, swimming pool & much more. The entertainment areas where they want you to spend money are modern & up to date unlike the showers which could do with money being spent on them. If you want to venture out of camp it is a fair walk to the bus stop & is about 10 miles journey to the nearest town which is Berwick & well worth the visit.
