Spent 3 nights at this site over the May-day Bank Holiday weekend and generally enjoyed ourselves. The site was pleasant but a bit remote - quite a distance to the nearest shop. The site can be reached by a very bumpy single track road, 2 miles or so, which will not do your suspension any favours.
The ladies' showers were being refurbished so the men's showers were used as unisex showers. They were reasonably clean, free with plenty of hot water but the shower cubicles were very compact with no room to dress after taking a shower. A word of advice - just wear a pair of shorts and some flip flops for showering.
The water on site is from a local well and may not be suitable for drinking so you need to bring some bottled water with you - a bit inconvenient at times. There are restrictions on what appliances you can use via the electric hook ups - only low wattage stuff - no electric kettles heater etc. Don't know whether or not this also applies to caravans as we were in a tent.
Weather could have been better. The site is okay but not sure we would go out of our way to use again.

Spent a short weekend on the site, but we wouldn't use it again. Not terrible, but not brilliant. We weren't properly told where to put the tent, and had to move it after pitching it. This was particularly annoying because we talked to one of the wardens while we were putting up the tent who said nothing about it, only later did another warden turn up and ask us to move it. The peacocks on site are pretty, but having them wander the campsite keeping people awake overnight with their terrible screeching was very annoying. Facilities clean and working. Kids liked the taste of the spring water.

We arrived around 8-00pm, and were greeted by the owner, Liz, she showed us where to erect the tent and showed us the Utility block. Incidentally, it was a Unisex Shower and there was a key in the door so we could lock it and shower at our leisure. The shower block was great, clean, spacious, tiled floor, duck boards to stand on to dry etc. The toilet were also up to a high standard, quite posh in fact! The laundry had two washers and two dryers and a sink for hand washing. Outside we had the washing up sinks, which had no light, the bulb had gone, this was replaced instantly on it being pointed out.
It was a quiet site, no rowdy people, and we camped next to a light so we could see without the torch! We forgot doggy bags, Liz provided these for us, and being in the middle of the moor there was lots of walking for Jess.
The lane up to the site apparently gets `repaired` fortnightly by Liz and had just been filled in, so we had quite a smooth ride. We had a wonderful week, lots to go and visit in the surrounding areas, and will be back next year.

Really enjoyed our stay at this site. Facilties were excellent. Toilet and shower block were really clean. Warden was very helpful. Grounds were well kept and my son really enjoyed watching the chickens and geese which are kept on site. He also liked the childrens play area where he spent most of his time. Just a shame the nearest shop is a short car ride away, might be worthwhile investing in a shop on site to make it easier to get a loaf of bread or tea bags when needed. Would definitely recommend and we will be visiting again.

We visited this site mid-August for 3 nights with our touring caravan. We enjoyed our time there very much. We were happily surprised by the beautiful location and the wealth of nearby attractions and facilities. The site staff were all very helpful and welcoming. We had a hard-standing with electric hook-up with plenty of room to erect our awning. The toilets and showers were top-notch and very clean even though the site was struggling with the water shortage! We Will certainly recommend this delightful site to friends and visit again.

What a fabulous weekend! My husband didn't want a birthday party for his 40th so we got all his friends, their children and tents and headed for Baildon Moor. There were 6 tents in total all pitched in a circle. The weather could have been better but the camp site and facilities were perfect. The toilet block was clean and water hot. The ladies showers were closed all weekend but most of the girls didn't mind roughing it and using the male showers. We took our own Barbecue had a fabulous meal the first night, and ordered pizzas the second. Much fun was had by all, a perfect place for a get together with beautiful views and lots of outdoor space for games. All 24 of us agreed what a good idea it had been, and we will be returning soon! As novice campers we were a little worried about what we were letting ourselves in for, but we have now caught the camping bug ! Full marks for Dobrudden !

Very pleased to find this little gem of a site. High up on the moors above Bingley and Shipley. From here go into Baildon and follow the road to Baildon moor. Just out of the town take the first left to Keighley and the site is up the hill on the left down a long track. Very good facilities and excellent laundry room. If I just have one tiny gripe it would be that there is only one mirror in the ladies. But that won't put me off returning soon. There is a lovely flat camping area, with spectacular views over the Aire Vally. It has a small play are for the kids and is a lovely safe site. Plenty of moorland walks and very handy for visiting Bingley and the locks, Haworth, Salts Mill, Ilkley Moor and the rest of the Yorkshire Dales.

Arrived Early evening in the dark, was given basic directions as to where to pitch. After tent pitched was then told by warden (who didnt bother to leave house) that we were in the wrong place and may have to move as they expected lots of tourers (they didnt appear so we stayed put). The toilet and shower block were exceptional apart from the lack of hot water and the female showers were locked ALL weekend wich resulted in my pregnant partner having to use the male showers with a guard on the door. We were charged 10 pounds per night for a 6 berth frame tent which for that site I thought was about 5 pounds too much. I've been on better for less and worse for more. Ideally located for fell/moor walkers...just watch your suspension on the approach road/bridleway
