Just come back and had a lovely time.
Everyone is so friendly, it is quiet and tidy and clean. You have plenty of room for caravan, awning and car.
The play area could be a little bigger and I wish they had poop bins on the dog walk. Otherwise no complaints.

This is a lovely site, very quiet considering the proximity to the nearby towns. Lovely and clean and tidy. Great walks around the White Water area and nature reserves. Friendly and helpful wardens.
Just one word of warning, the playarea is small and is filled with horrible dirty gravel. My 3 boys were absolutly filthy in minutes. It gets thrown everywhere, including in eyes and at caravans, and is thoroughly unpleasant. It needs replacing with bark to bring it up to the usual Caravan Club standards!

This site is a caravan club site in the heart of Teesside but don't let the location put you off. When you are on the site you could be anywhere. It is clean, tidy and uncluttered. The facilities are spotless, warm and plentiful. The site wardens are friendly and pleasant. There is a wildlife conservation area alongside the site with an aray of water fowl to watch around the lakes. The site gets its name from the White water canoeing course 2 minutes walk from the site which is nearly always busy so there is plenty to watch. For older kids over the bridge a 10 minute walk away is Teesside retail park, a shopping and leisure area. A large Morrisons and an Aldi for food shopping as well as the usual out of town stores and fast food outlets. Also on the site is a bowling alley, a multi screen cinema, a bingo hall and a casino so evey taste is catered for.
