Came here on bank holiday, stayed for 5 nights very good site although basic toilets/shower but they are kept very clean.
The owners are very good, there prices are great value for money.
Dogs are welcome and are also allowed in the village pubs.
Brid is only 4 miles away,Only a 10 mins walk into village were there are shops, pubs, CIU club and a great chippy.
Will be coming back shortly

Have to agree with all the previous comments. This is a great little site to get away from everything but also have access to Brid, Filey and the rest of the coast. Very cheap, a great base especially for walkers. The owner is very friendly and happy to help. Will certainly go back for a break.

Just spent 3 nights here on first camping trip with my 11yr old daughter as I have nothing yet to compare it too i will just say the site was more than adequate as a base showers and washing area were clean and functional plenty of hot water the toilets on the field were basic to say the least but they worked and seemed clean I found the Lady owner very helpful and informative and although the first 2 nights were very very cold we thoroughly enjoyed it I would just say that they don't allow electrical hook-ups for tents which is a shame as they have plenty but they are all reserved for caravans. Overall its a good little site in a spot on location for short trips to Brid, Filey, Scarbro etc I will be happy to stay here again with prices @£3.00 per adult and £2.50 per child Well worth it for a short break. Oh and anyone using SAT NAV keep your eyes open as the sat nav takes you just past the site entrance to an industrial estate just next door !

This site is in 2 parts, the big field (where I think James must have stayed as that part was quite lively) and a smaller section next to the farmhouse. We stayed on this bit and it was very quiet and peaceful with only a few pitches all with EHU. The showers and toilets are very basic (in the farm buildings) but were kept very clean and the owners were very friendly and said there was no hurry to leave on the Sunday, we could stay all day which is a good bonus when you are only there for the weekend. Dog was welcome. It's a pleasant walk through the fields to the village which has everything you need eg chip shop, several pubs, a small supermarket etc. There is a big supermarket nearby on the road towards Bridlington. flamborough is a very good base for exploring the east coast with Bridlington, Scarborough,Filey and Whitby all easy to get to.

Great very cheap, ideal for groups. Showers are OK, top notch really for a night. Not far Bridlington and walkable distance to shop and pub and there is a lovely bay, Thornwick Bay: you can swim into coves , real good. Nothing really much else to say, but this site never really gets busy as it's not well known. It can get quite rowdy at night so like I say ideal for groups.
