There was nobody there when we arrived. So just set up in empty field. Which was apparently the wrong place. The landlady of the pub got a bit shirty with me.
The phone number on the board was to some one who doesn't work there anymore. And we tried the pub phone number but got no answer.

We enjoyed our stay. We met some friends with a caravan and were placed together.
This site is quiet and in a nice location. Basic site but what we needed.
The toilet block was clean but the open skylight was full of spiders which I didn't like so I used the disabled toilet which was better.
They had unfortunately had a deliberate fire set in the toilet block which they were working hard to fix.
It would have been better if they had explained this to us when we arrived.
The pub was nice and the staff were friendly.
We would stay here again.

We arrived on a bank holiday weekend and the site was full and busy. Grass was long and we needed to rake dead cut grass off our pitch.
Sunday lunch at pub wasn’t the best but edible.
Toilets are in a modern purpose built block. They hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. As bank holiday finished and campers left the site with only 2 caravans and one Motorhome, I thought they might get cleaned, unfortunately this never happened. Only one shower works, no toilet paper or soap at sinks.

The site was well organised, maintained and very clean.
The only disappointment that was that there was no food available at the pub.
Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.
We will return

Potential to be amazing. Dirty toilets /showers let it down badly. Ain’t been cleaned in weeks.
Grass really long and tramped the cuttings into caravan.
No food on Sunday evening but Upton had lots of places to eat. £30 a night for filthy toilets is too much to pay.
Doubt we will be back

Very enjoyable weekend,
Short walk across the fields into Upton,
The pub was great and Liz the landlady couldn’t have been nicer.
Would definitely consider returning.

We stayed at this site in October and it was a nice site. We stayed on the back car park as it had hardstanding with electric. Liz the landlady of the drum and monkey was welcoming and very helpful.
We ate in the pub a few times including sunday lunch and it was always delicious and we always called in on our way back from a day out with the dog for a drink too.
We needed some Information on where to eat on the Monday (our anniversary) as the pub is closed that day and she came up a few suggestions on where we could go.
The toilets and showers on site were ok, could of done with cleaning on a regular basis but they were ok.
We have already recommended it to friends and we would definitely stay there again. We often walked into upton on severn which is 15 mins walk for a walk by the river and some shopping too.

We really enjoyed the sunshine festival and will be returning next year,
What we were disappointed in was that the showers was situated in one area of the field and not in different areas of the field.
Also noticed how the toilet started to deteriorate by the Sunday.
Also found that the food was a little pricey.

Couldn’t use the toilets as they were disgusting. I used the disabled shower once as I needed to wash my hair and our caravan shower is not powerful enough.
The floor was filthy - thank goodness for flip flops - and there was nowhere to put toiletries apart from the windowsill, which was home to several dead insects and mouldy.
There were no mops or any cleaning products in the disabled facilities, so I couldn’t clean either before or after my shower. Gross.
The chemical disposal and water tap areas were not up to standard either, but that is hardly surprising.
Very odd comings and goings, which made us uneasy.
We left a day early.

The site is in a lovely spot with views of the Malverns and next to a lovely pub.
Sadly the faculties are in need of a lot of tlc.
We will return but using our own facilities.
