We were a group of 11 motorhomes 1 caravan and 1 tent. A cycle group.
Site ideal as we were all together nice level pitches tidy well cut grass shower block a bit dated.
Pub and site owner Lynn could not have been more helpful allowing us to use the function room on a very wet evening and we all ate there one night, good food.
Some traffic noise but easy access to quiet lanes

Helpful owner
Pleasant quiet pub with well-kept beers and ciders
Good shower/toilet facilities that work well
Level well-maintained pitches
Walking distance from station
Busy nearby roads in early mornings but otherwise quiet
Shower/toilets were clean enough but damp. Would benefit from a thorough clean and better ventilation
Didn’t see any recycling bins

This is a lovely small site just 22 pitches in two fields all with electric hookup if you require it.
The site is well looked after mowed and flat with shower/toilet block / wet rooms which are clean. Drinking water and washing up facilities are provided.
The pub on site is very friendly with a good selection of beers and food and there's a kids playground.
The site is at the side of a main road and that may be an issue for light sleepers. I spent 5 nights camping on the site in a tent and had no problem sleeping and I will be visiting again.
There's lots of places to visit within a few miles including Glastonbury Tor and town, The Haynes motor museum and Fleet Air Arm Museum, Wells and Cheddar Gorge.
All in all a great central place to camp.

Lovely site - mowed grass,
Clean toilets, lots of hot water, individual wet rooms,
Pub serving traditional food and beer on pump - what else could you ask for?
Good price per night and lots to visit in the surrounding area.

Stayed here for 3 nights. thinking it was a pub car park & wow what a lovely surprise, there was a secluded camping area which had electric hook up/ showers/toilets
That together with the lovely welcome from Lyn the pub landlady and the home cooked food, made our stay enjoyable before setting off to the Shelton Mallet motorhome show.

We found the pitch to be flat and nicely landscaped.
The camping field is adjacent to a very busy road with very loud traffic throughout the night, resulting in very poor sleep when in a tent.
The facilities whilst good will benefit from s deep clean and a service of some of the showers.

Lovely relaxed campsite, very friendly, organised and clean. Brilliant pub on site with a wide range on the menu, especially considering it had only reopened the weekend previously.
Good clean bathrooms with toilet, sink and shower and allocated to each unit to adhere to Covid restrictions.
A1. Perfect, Thank you.
