This site is perfectly located to visit Stratford upon Avon just a 20 minute stroll away, the walk to the Bell at Welford on Avon is also very pleasant and suitable for bikes.
Toilets and showers are lovely with plenty of hot water, and cleaned daily.
We can recommend breakfast at Bobby's cafe in a railway carriage which is just on the edge of the racecourse on the way to Stratford-upon-Avon.
It's a shame they are not open all year round to support Christmas 🎄 in Stratford-upon-Avon in particular.

A great site, well kept grounds, spotless toilets and shower blocks.
They have now installed fridges next to the toilet blocks, which are very loud when they start running between 4 and 4. 15 in the morning.
If you decide to book make sure your pitch is well away from these fridges or bring ear defenders, as your guaranteed to be woken up.

Second visit, stayed when it was being used as a Temporary Holiday Site by Caravan and Camping Club. Excellent location, nice pitch area
Some electric hook up but we chose to go on the grass in the centre with no ehu.
Good clean toilets and showers which were always nice and clean and lovely hot water, great washing up area again with lovely hot water
The site did get really busy Friday afternoon and some pitches were very close together, we were lucky as we were the first pitch as you arrived on site so we didn't get any close neighbours
Great value when THS but still good value compared to most sites if booked direct with the site

Currently here at a rally in the pouring rain but what a great location - 20 mins walk off road or on pavement (fine for wheelchairs/pushchairs) into Stratford; bus stop close by, pub (Shottery) and shop 5 mins away.
Lovely view of the racecourse and loads of space in the centre of the course for humans and dogs to stretch their legs.
Direct access on foot to the Greenway so fabulous for walking.
Showers clean and very functional; just lacking anywhere other than pegs to put anything.
West of the town so handy for north Cotswolds, Ragley Hall, several NT properties etc.
Grass pitches holding up so far !

Spacious, meticulously clean site with far reaching views over the racecourse.
Twenty minutes walk into Stratford or two minutes to the bus stop.
Toilets were roomy with plenty of showers and toilet cubicles.
There was even a launderette on site even though we never used it.

Clean and tidy site, informative Staff, and 2 minutes walk to the Course for Race Day.
Race Day complimentary tickets included in the price, so all in all a good stay, with a couple of winners😊
Bus stop to Stratford, 5 minute walk.

We stayed when the CCC were running a THS, excellent value for money
We arrived Wednesday and the pitches were well spaced out, it got very busy on the Friday and they did seem to cram lots of pitches close together, luckily for us this was not a problem
Lots of water points around the field, shame that the rubbish bins were large black skips
Lovely walks for the dog, nice off road walk into Stratford centre
Saturday morning car boot was nice and Sunday auto jumble made hubby happy
Showers and toilets are old but very clean and showers nice and hot
Would visit again but try to avoid weekend

Very helpful and pleasant lady running the site.

Excellent location for Stratford Upon Avon and surrounding area.
Would be more than happy to return to this site.
