A lovely well kept site, spotlessly clean toilets, albeit a bit dated, and a very welcoming reception.
Also the bus stop is close by.
We have stayed here a few times and they never disappoint.
Thanks to Liz and the team.

Please note, the owners of this site have advised they no longer offer short stay touring pitches for caravans or motorhomes. They are developing new lodges for sale.
If you know that this situation has changed in the future, please could you let us know. Many thanks

Clean & Quiet.
All sites have had to increase rates but 2 other lower cost sites were fully booked.

Recommended by a friend who lives in a static on this site. No choice of pitch, just given the number and a map, and nearly drove straight out again when I noticed that someone had left dog poo on the pitch.
There are signs everywhere saying that campers who don't clear up after their dogs will be evicted, but the reception staff didn't seem at all interested in doing anything about it
Hard standing pitch was a little cramped for our 7. 3m caravan and our Navara pick-up, and my husband had to make heroic efforts to avoid driving on the grass. ( More signs about that too)
The loo block was clean and tidy, and the general surroundings were well kept, with good use of planting dividing the different areas
Lots to do in the surrounding areas, with interesting places to visit and explore. Lytham is lovely, a real old-fashioned resort in the nicest way.
Not expensive at £30 per night including EHU, but the number of seasonal vans and contractors pitches gave it a slightly strange atmosphere; it doesn't feel like a holiday site and we won't be returning.

Great site, very welcoming lady on reception.
Very clean toilet and shower blocks.
Convenient location, just a short walk, to bus stops into Lytham and Blackpool.

Booked 2 nights stay in February to try out our new to us touring caravan as the site is less than 10 miles away. We have stayed here before but it has been extended some what since that visit.
Wardens we met were friendly and told us of several walks in the area, we did one of the walks as the weather was okay.
Didn’t see any service pitches and the facilities of our area were closed so we had a little further to walk to empty toilet and fill water container, etc.
My only concern was the lighting on site and our pitch was very close to one of the 3 central lampposts which had two large lights on the top. If we had been staying longer would have asked to change pitch. The lights were on all night and shone through the gaps in the roof vents like the sun does as it’s getting light in the morning.
The toilet block we used was clean and heated.
Lytham St. Anne’s is a short distance away with plenty of shops and things to do nearby.

Staff are extremely helpful and available to assist with any queries.
Quiet site with spacious, well serviced pitches and every facility of a good standard.
Close proximity to Lytham and St. Annes, bus stop outside and local shops and pub within walking distance.
Excellent location.

What a fantastic site to visit,
The staff were brilliant with you from the time you arrived to the time you left.
All the facilities are kept spotlessly clean.
You have local shops and pubs to visit, local busses are very reliable and regular to get into Blackpool, Latham and Saint Anne’s.
Well worth a visit.

Excellent site, fabulous staff and very clean facilities.
We normally don't use adults only sites as excited kids are the best alarm clocks in the world, but the peace and quiet was just what we needed!
