Lovely campsite.
Quiet, spacious lovely beaches nearby.
Village with loads of amenities an easy walk away.
The shower block was incredibly clean and luxurious.
Pitches are very large and just around the edges so loads of space in the middle for frisbee and ball games.

What a lovely clean place Grange farm Caravan @ camp site is.
Very nice family run farm. Pitches are large pleasantly located around the site.
Close to village amenities, and easy access to Frinton, Walton and clacton seaside resorts.
Also train station within a few minutes walk from site.

Very well maintained and clean site. Convenient for the village with a wide choice of pubs and restaurants.
It wasn’t a problem to us because we have good facilities in the caravan, but there was no hot water available in the washing up area. It appears to be a permanent arrangement as it’s mentioned in the arrival booklet.
The pitches are very roomy, presumably because the numbers are limited by the low number of toilet and shower units.
Having said that, we never needed to queue while we were there and they were always clean.

Super campsite.
Friendly welcome, we had a good sized level pitch, which had great views of the sunset over the fields.
Several small toilet and shower blocks, with plenty of very hot water.
The washing up sink nearest us did not have hot water, but the next one along did so we just used that one. Super clean toilets and showers.
Short walk down the side of a field to the town which has pubs, restaurants a take away and other shops.
Had a good dinner at The Crown, and a cooked brekkie at The Bell.
A 10 minute walk to the station with trains to the coast, Colchester and beyond.

A no frills campsite in a great location. Some dated shower blocks, with a new one on the tent field.
A peaceful spacious site. A nice site to relax on.
The local pubs are a lovely short walk away. The trains to Clacton, Colchester, Frinton are a ten minute walk away.
A lovely site to come to for a short break.

What a great place to chill out, with the current changes going on with regard to Covid we didn’t want to travel very far, and this is our safe go to campsite.
It is close to the village of Thorpe le soken by walking down the bridle path that runs along the site.
The village has a Chinese, Tesco express, coffee shop and a couple of pubs that serve food. The pitches have plenty of space around them so it’s ideal.
Local transport services are not far away with a bus stop at the end of the lane and a ten minute walk to the train station that takes you to Walton on the Naze and Clacton, or farther afar like London or Colchester.
The owners are lovely and also the site warden, they are always on hand if you need help or local information.
They have also taken the Covid situation in hand with plenty of hand sanitizer dispensers around for everyone to use.
We will be back, to this lovely site 😍
