On arrival at the site we had to wait for the owner to come and open up the gate, once on the site we realised this was a lovely quiet site and not full of noisy children-which for us was bliss.
The pitches where all hard standing with EHU, one thing I lived was all the bunnies hopping around some were tiny little things but all were very timid.
The toilet blocks from the outside looked lovely but was a different story on the inside. The toilet/ shower rooms where quite grubby and looked like they needed a very good clean, there was mop and buckets in each toilet but the rooms just didn’t feel clean. There was cobwebs and dirt everywhere, some of the toilets could have done with a good clean.
The owner comes to “clean” the toilets in morning but the amount of time she is in each one she can definitely not clean them I think she only stocks up the toilet roll in this time.
The shower block really let’s this site down it needs a proper deep clean to get them up to an acceptable standard really.
I spoke to a few of the seasonal owners and they seemed nice.

Stayed here over the bank holiday weekend. Plenty of pitches still available while we were there.
Lovely quite site clean and well maintained
Pitches are large flat and hard standing. There is a large dog walking field,
As other reviews toilets and shower are kept clean and 50p for the shower.
It is a more suited to adults that want to chill and relax. Nothing to keep the kids entertained,
Blackpool is only a short distance away and it is an ideal base to visit the area.
We will be back again.
£30 a night inc ehu over the bank holiday, £28 otherwise.

Just returned from a lovely 3 night stay at Little Orchard Caravan Park.
We were made very welcome by Linda the owner
We chose our preferred pitch. water tap very close by & the added bonus of a brilliant dog walking field
All the paths were nicely mowed our cockerpoo loved it.
We will visit again for sure.

Enjoyable, quiet with rabbits running around occasionally,
Good clean facilities ( 2 cubicles, 2 urinals and a shower) which might get crowded when busy, but we prefer to use our own), and an outside wash up area,
And secured with a caravan restricted height barrier, opened and closed on arrival and departure.

Very friendly, very clean and very quiet.
We used as a base as we had a tiring two day event nearby so were grateful for the peace and quiet in the evenings and at night.
Felt secure and relaxing. Dog field well thought out.
Lots of information notices in the facilities, takeaways, emergency details etc.
We'll be back!

Lovely clean and very well kept site. Lovely and friendly owners too.
Nothing on site except toilet and shower facilities but a petrol station round the corner and a pub approx 20 min walk away.

Linda was waiting for us so we got in ok. There isn’t a reception so not sure what to do if she’s not around. Very lovely lady to chat to, who is very proud of her site. And so she should be.
It’s lovely and quiet, clean and well kept. Not many toilets/ showers for the 50 odd caravans they can take, and a little dated.
15 minute drive to Blackpool and half hour to Preston. A few seasonal pitches, great dog walking field available and lots of rabbits running around.
Overall a nice site.
