Lovely quiet site, clean facilities. Minutes walk to Tintagel village and Tintagel castle.
Right on SWCoast Path. Awe inspiring walks. We did Boscastle, not for the faint hearted as quite strenuous at climbs but oh my word was it worth it.
Bus available in every 2 hours.

Campsite ideally situated for exploring Tintagel - a short walk into the town, the castle and easy access to the coastal path.
Efficient booking and welcome to the site. Friendly staff and level, comfortable and quiet pitches.
Facility block and toilet block rather dated but adequate and very clean.
Enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this site.

100% excellant stay at the Headlands, Tintagel.
Patrick and his wife are so welcoming and made the booking a pleasure.
Site is spotless and well maintained.
Excellent facilities.
Perfect site for touring.

Headlands is a great site for motorhome owners. Just a few hundred yards from the centre of Tintagel and also Tintagel castle. Park up on site and you don't need to drive anywhere all week through those tiny Cornish roads.
Regular busses to take you to all the tourist sights.
Headlands has many pitches that are sloping, but this is Cornwall.
Facilities a little dated but clean.
Manager Ian is helpful and cheerful

We've just stopped at The Headland for 3 nights and would highly recommend this site.
On arriving we were warmly received by Patrick who took the time to explain about the site and interesting information of things to do around the area.
When we experienced problems with our electric hook up lead, Patrick was very helpful and loaned one to us until ours could be repaired.
The pitches are generous in size and there are some beautiful views. Plenty of toilets and showers. The campsite is close to all amenities.
Would like to wish Patrick and family all the very best in their new venture and would definitely visit this site again.

Lovely welcoming site with excellent facilities that were very clean.
Highly recommended for any type of stay, tent, caravan, tourer or static.
Will definitely stay here again.
Friendly staff/owners.
A great campsite for a base set up to tour North Cornwall or drive down to more popular tourist areas.
Quiet and easy to find.

Excellent site now under new management. We were travelling as a group of friends with no youngsters and were able to pitch our three motorhomes together with plenty of room to stretch out.
Just a few steps from the town of Tintagel with shops, pubs etc and another few steps from the clifftops walks and the castle.
Lovely simple site without any fuss or rules, just lots of grass to stretch out on once you are past the statics at the wide entrance.
Apparently there are plans to update the facilities which will make it even better, but in any case I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We loved this site. Town and cliff walks within very easy distance. We had a flat site with electric and enough space for chairs, dogs etc. Toilets and showers were older than some sites but very very clean.
We really appreciated the lack of a list of rules with the emphasis on common sense and courtesy. In fact the only request was to check your van for Tony the cat before you left!
We will definitely be returning.
Also need to say how dog friendly the whole town was. In fact they were served drinks and treats before us.
