Well laid out site. Facilities basic but clean and all in good working order. Excellent value for money. Only negative point is the constant roar of traffic on the A34, particularly noticeable overnight and early morning.

We were looking for a site close to Reading to visit the Womad festival and this was about as close as we could get. We were very pleased indeed with the site. The owner was particularly friendly and helpful giving us all sorts of useful advice which saved us a lot of hassle. Our two young daughters were so taken with Oakley Farm (especially the excellent play area) that we had a job to drag them off to Womad for the day. A very clean, neatly laid out site in a lovely location. My only complaint was the poor water pressure of the solitary shower. We had a great weekend and would definitely recommend the site as a base for exploring the area. The Living Rainforest a few miles north of Newbury was superb.

Good value for money. Nice and quiet and safe. Not too big. Friendly and welcoming. Clean and Tidy. Well laid out.
Will certainly go back.

July 1994, at least twice a year since
Oakley Farm is a very pleasant caravan site. We have spent many happy times there. It is ideal for both the young and not so young, with lots of space to do your own thing, be it relaxing or playing with the children on the tennis court, games room, or playground. The park is well tended and there is always a warm welcome from the owners.WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!! HAPPY HOLS
