Arrived to a very warm welcome from Marian, and her son Chris showed us to our pitch on field 3.Once set up a quick look around the site and the inspection of the shower block we went back to the office to book another week later this year. The showers and toilets are spotless and no matter what time of day you go,hot water was always available, even though the site was full.

We were worried about the 400 yard narrow lane to the site as we were towing an Eribe with our Splitty, but in the week we were there we only seen one other car on the lane so don't let this put you off.

The lay out of the site is ideal families fields at the top then a few statics and the adult field and meadow down at the bottom. Our pitch was flat and the grass is well kept which follows the high standard of this site, and a site shop which had a good selection of the things you would normally forget.

All in all a wonderful site set in a beautiful part of the world, with shops and pubs all in walking distance,a must for any camper

We stayed on this site for one night while testing out my friends campervan.

It is very close to Baumaris and easy to find.

The owners were friendly and very helpful.

The site was relatively quiet so we basically had the pick of plots.

It is on a slope but it's not like the side of a mountain so didn't cause a problem.

The best thing about this site in my option are the facilities. The shower and toilet block are the best I have ever seen, spotless and well thought out, the cubicles are big enough to get changed in, the shower hot and free and there are 2 dressing rooms as well.

I would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely site run by lovely people! Helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. The shower block we used was spotless and warm with proper showers and a nice touch is the private wash-rooms. Probably be a bit of a queue as this cuts down on the number of showers but we don't seem to eat, sleep or wash at the same time as the rest of humanity so fine for us. Also indoor washing-up! Use of a freezer! Don't fancy going back to the old carry-on days this Glamping suits the old geezers just fine. Our first long-ish outing in the new campervan but we're still proper campers; no telly, but a glorious night sky to gaze at as advertised. Doesn't it ever rain in Britain?

Nice little shop on site but only a 10 minute brisk walk into Llangoed where the Spar has all you need. There is a circular walk that cuts through the site and if you follow it through the lovely tent field at the rear of the site it brings you out at the start of the village and is a great bit of woodland for kids to play in. Our first time in Anglesey and the people couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Public car parks are free and most have a loo.(very important if you're a walker!) A note to say that the main tent field has quite a slope so chocks pretty much essential if you're in a van. We'll be back!

Extremely clean and well kept campsite. The owners had recently built an extra shower block. Great under floor heating.

The location is a couple of miles from the main village yet close enough to stroll out to for a day crabbing on the pier or visiting the impressive castle. There is also a large playground within the village and plenty of curio shops to keep all happy whilst the men explore the local pubs!

We went with friends and both families had children that thought the campsite was great due to the expanses of open space.

Whilst we'd originally booked, our friends have been back twice and we intend upon going again this year.

The site is costly during school hols however I guess you get what you pay for - the facilities are superb and a nice clientèle.

Stayed here for one night at end of March. It was good weather so we made a last minute decision to get away. We were the only people with a tent there so it would be hard to judge how the campsite would be if it were full. We were lucky as we could choose where to pitch and we virtually had sole use of the WONDERFUL heated toilet/shower blocks. We will be forever comparing future toilets to these! The lady owner was very friendly and even offered to boil a kettle for my hot water bottle! The campsite was a little drive out to Beaumaris itself but we were very impressed and would recommend this site to friends and family.

We went here in September and enjoyed the short stay, we were in the field to the left just as you enter the site and it was slightly sloped but not enough to be that noticeable,

The site toilet and wash facilities were great and could of slept on the floor due to the under floor heating. My 7 year old loved the play area and the ability to ride his bike around the fields.

Was woken up during the night as cattle were in the field behind us and scratching themselves against a telephone pole which was rather amusing.

No problem with wardens as they showed us where to go and left us to enjoy our stay. We arrived as the sun was going down and got help from nearby neighbours to pitch our tent as it was the first time we used it and their tent was similar.

Will be booking again in 2011

What a wonderful place to pitch a tent, sit back, relax and listen to the sounds of nature. A well positioned site two miles from Beaumaris. The toilet block and washing facilities are top class, wonderfully clean with an abundance of hot water.

A small shop is on site where you can pick up some basics, and gather knowledge of the area. Electric hook ups are available at a very reasonable price. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we shall be returning to kingsbridge next year.

We were very lucky when we stayed here as this site, as it was extremely quiet. We were allowed to pitch in the meadows rather than with the main campers (with kids) on the front larger field. The toilets, showers etc are first class and super clean. Beaumaris itself is close and beautiful. The owners were also very nice. The negatives, we found it hard to sleep both nights due to noise from the local farmers and some industrial site. What sounded like hardcore being dumped went on until late (11pm on Sat) and then the machines in the fields started at 4am. I totally accept this is beyond the control of the owners but it made us very tired.

The owners however did let a late arrival in after 9pm when it was pitch black. Ok we were in bed early as it was dark and raining and you may think we may be a bit miserable but then this couple spent ages with lights, trying to erect their tent while we were trying to sleep.

The site is dog friendly but you must have a stake and lead. I think there must be some industrial type business nearby as the noise was pretty bad - perhaps take some ear plugs, maybe we were just unlucky with the noise.

We have just returned after a weeks stay, this is a very well run and clean camp-site, the owners are friendly and helpful. The toilets showers and pot wash areas are clean and have hot water.

The only downside for us was that you cant pick your own pitch area we holidayed with friends and found we had been put in separate fields, we would have liked to have been able to pitch nearer to each other.

The children's play area would benefit from a little more play equipment.

The grass is well maintained and pitching was a pleasure. The site offers hookup and visitors are encouraged to recycle. The site would be at its best with a laundry as there is plenty of space for one but there is one in the local town of beaumaris.

We had a great holiday here and would recommend it, our children played safely on the fields and the play area.

We toured the whole island and felt we had picked the best site there. For eating out we would recommend the liverpool arms, this is a friendly pub/hotel in beaumaris and serves good food.

There is also a spar shop in the town, which we found handy, there is also a chippy and a few good little gift shops, all in all a well equipped little town and only a few minutes by car from the camp site. Crabbing on the peer is also a must with kids.

There are plenty of beautiful clean beaches within short driving distances, a must is trearddur bay, fantastic if you get the sunshine. We will definitely return.

Its a peaceful quality family time holiday.

Just retured from our first visit here on Anglesey and it will definitely not be our last.

The site is extremely well managed and all staff are friendly. The amenities are 2nd to none in my experience, therefore we enjoyed a relaxing week and our 3 children can't wait to return.

The playground is excellent and has several entrances to dens providing hours of adventure. The area designated for ball games is giant and a great way to make friends.

Well organised spacious pitches, with lovely secluded tent pitches to the rear of the site which also lead to a small woodland walk.

Very reasonable shop, free hot water, quite a sheltered site and first beach only 10 mins away - what more could you want !
