We had our first camping experience at this site and it was so good, we would happily go back to it again. I am a single mum, but felt very safe here. Everyone was so friendly and the owners cannot do enough to help you. We went with friends and between us had 6 boys aged between 7 & 13. They played many ball games & rode their bikes and played a lot in the park. The shower/facilities are very good and when the new one is opened it will be even better. Very clean and loads of hot water Free! We had a fab week here,(even though it rained hard for the first 2 days and nights!)

Stayed at this site for three days in a field called "the meadow". The weather was pretty appalling, but the facilities on this site remained very clean. We were in Anglesey for a wedding, so used the toilet block as somewhere to get ready and found the showers to be spacious and hot and almost just as good as home. Seemed to be a fairly new block, one of two I believe, but a third is in the process of being built. A big site, three fields, plus the meadow, on which pitches are separated by non-uniform hedges on the edge of woodland, giving a nice sense of privacy. A really lovely spot, especially on the Sunday morning when the sun came out! The owners seem keen not to impose any unnecessary rules (unlike many sites), apart from those needed to maintain safety and peace. Recycling facilities are there and people are quietly encouraged to use them. The bungalow at the entrance to the site had a little table set out selling home grown produce - bought the most enormous cucumber and some other stuff, and put the money in an honesty jar. Anglesey is a really superb place; it can't be stressed how beautiful it is. The site is a 5 min drive from Beaumaris, a very pretty little seaside town. Would love to go back to this site in the future!

Spent a glorious Easter week at Kingsbridge basking in sunshine. Very pleasant simple site with well spaced pitches. Not at all commercialised whilst well kept. Feels like a proper campsite without being manicured. We were on top field close to childrens play area and had good vantage point to watch children. Children loved area with its secret woodland area with great tree climbing!
New shower block excellent and worth couple of minutes walk down site. Old toilet block very basic but clean and gave useful closer toilet access. The new block is STILL under construction, but will provide welcome additional facilities particularly if you were pitched further up the field.
Owners very friendly and helpful. Small shop which whilst open only a few hours a day mid week, was opened at customers request- a personal shopping service!
Anglesey is wonderful with so much to see and do for whole family. Lovely walks directly from site. Beaumaris castle wonderful, and so many fabulous beaches to explore. The Bull inn in Beaumaris highly recommended - bistro style restaurant, family friendly, serving real food for children(not chicken nuggets) and gorgeous desserts.
We can't wait to return.

My husband , the Rottweiler and I chose this as our 1st site to start camping. I don't think we could have chosen a better one. The owners were very helpful and as 1st timers we had forgotten a few essentials but they were happy to loan a few things to us. We loved the quietness, and the bird web cam was fascinating. We were on the top field so the fascilities were a bit of a trek, but we hope when we next visit that the new block will be finished. The beach down at Penmon point was great for letting the dog off for a good run, and there are plenty of places of interest within a short distance. Hope to go back soon, and for longer this time.

This site layout is very open to start with with lots of hook up pitches around a large play field with several water points and recycling bins which are hidden behind fences and bushes. The site then narrows where statics are pitched leading then onto another open field. Being in the 1st area gives you access to the very old toilets which are kept very clean but there aren't really enough to service the tourers and the wash up area is inside the ladies, this meant we ended up washing in a bowl in the field. There is however another block which looks brand new at the far end of the statics which is lovely and cannot be faulted. The owners are great and go out of their way to help. We will be back again and hope that the building work is for a new toilet block which will be as good as the other new one?

Have just returned after spending four nights after the main Easter break. This is an excellent site! The owners are extremely helpful, we were there for a complete getaway and found the site lovely and quiet. The facilities are all spotless and this will improve when the new shower block is ready this summer. The views are lovely and there is plenty of room for children to play without feeling overcrowded. A word of warning is to avoid bank holidays if you want a quiet break as the site can get very busy! Will definitely return again! A credit to the hard work of the owners.

We had a great stay on this very well run site. Plenty of room between tents, very helpful owners, small shop for basic supplies and close to Beaumaris if you want more. There are plenty of hookups, but for tents I was told they are only available out of season (check this for sure if you want to visit). There are two shower / toilet blocks, the older one very clean but on its last legs. To make up for it, the newer one was one of the best we have encountered camping. Free use of freezer plus good washing up facilities in both blocks ( washing up is only in ladies in the old block whch gives some clue as to its age!). There is a further large new block being built on the big field, which will be great because it was a bit of a trek from there to the facilities, although lots of water taps dotted about. Would definitely return. Highly recommended.

We visited the site for a long weekend in April and I have to say I found it remarkable! The owners were incredibly friendly and the layout of the site means you can chose from open field or more secluded woodlands to pitch in. Toilets and showers were spotless! On site is a small shop where the owner will order in your newspaper requirements for you to collect each morning. The park itself was unspoilt, in fact I believe it has won a David Bellamy award for conservation. As we sat at night we could hear the owls in the trees and frequently saw rabbits hopping around. There were "wild" areas encouraging butterflies and wild flowers and the woodland to the back of the camp was a joy to explore. I'd highly recommend this site! I'm looking forward to returning!

This is a lovely site and would be even better when the new shower block is complete in field 2 (well I hope that's what it is because that end of the site is in dire need of facilities, which are inadequate for the size). Unfortunately we found the site owners rather rude which I can only attribute to their mix up over my booking and my refusal to be sited next to the building works. However, we didn't let it spoil our stay and would consider returning, if only for the views and the close proximity to Beaumaris with its wonderful castle.

What a super site. Plenty of space for the kids to run around and decent size pitches. We were in a large field in which only the periphery was used leaving a big area in middle for games. A bit of a walk to the new toilet block which is immaculately maintained. Old toilet block is old but still kept very clean. A second new toilet block is under construction near the main field. Small kids play area is fine. Beaumaris only 5 minutes away so really well located. The site has a quiet policy after 11pm which is a delight. A credit to the owners, well worth a visit.
