This is a superb site and great value for money. The shower block is excellent. There is a footpath running through the site so it is possible to walk into the nearest town (Llanfaes) for shopping etc.
There are statics but the touring area is separate.

Excellent once again. We have been coming here for over 5 years and the site is fantastic. We are a family with 2 young boys. We have a grass pitch near to the small children's play area which has some swings and logs to play on. Very child friendly site. It is kept immaculately clean. The toilet blocks are very clean, warm with plenty of hot water. 3 shower cubicles and lots of toilets and some cubicles for dressing and a separate larger one for baby change. Tents are pitched on the grass near to caravans. This is a quiet site which goes dark at night. If you want peace and quiet and your children to sleep without it being too noisy this is the site for you. No large groups of noisy people. Location not too far from Beaumaris town which can be walked to over fields and the beach.
Small shop. Family run site. Owners very friendly and welcoming and will help you park your van up
Perfect site for peace and families

We have had a fantastic time staying at Kingsbridge. The owners are lovely people and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. They were knowledgeable about the area and pointed out some lovely walks.
The site itself is beautiful, with well-maintained gardens and pitches. There are a range of types of pitches - ours was a lovely corner pitch which sheltered us through a storm!
The facilities are great; spotless showers and washing facilities, and always clean and warm.
We will definitely be coming back!

Very pleasant, clean toilet/showers and wifi! (wifi very important). We were in the far field for adults only, which was nice and peaceful. We arrived quite late, but were welcomed warmly. This campsite is in an ideal spot for many attractions, so we shall be visiting again I'm sure.

Just got back from this site. Everything about the site is what it says on the packet. We were in the adults field and it was very peaceful. The areas were kept very clean. Toilets also very clean at all times of day and night. Team on the site were very helpful. Good little shop. A little gem and from the children in the top field they seemed to be enjoying themselves. Will be going back soon to this site and having been on some poor sites over the years you must try this one. Some nice walks and not far from Beumaris 30 min walk or 5 mins in car. The only thing I have got to say which is the only minor, the road towards the site is single lane with only two passing points, but it is not the site fault. Anyway try this fantastic site and site team. Keep the good work up. Best regards Wallasey

We stayed here twice on a cycling tour of the island. Before our first visit we decided to return at the end of the week if the facilities were as good as their website and other reviews here said they were. They were and we did.
On our first stay, when the site was quiet, we could pitch anywhere we wanted as there were only three or four other tent units there. We had a hilly position on some flat ground beside a hedge, with good views and only a short walk to the toilet block. This was state of the art: underfloor heating, plenty of hot water, and showers that adjusted easily from cool to very hot with no problems. There were plenty of wash basins too, and separate basins for washing dishes.
There are two blocks, in fact, as we discovered when we returned on a Friday and were allocated a pitch at the wood end of the site, past the static caravans. The facilities here were just as good, and everything looked as though it had been installed last week. Our pitch here was surrounded by trees, which helped to keep off the wind, though it also meant that the grass cover was not as good as on the previous hilly pitch. One slight downside is that this area is used by dog owners who are unable to take their dogs off-site for toilet walks, but to be fair there are notices instructing them to pick up any deposits.
The site is within easy cycling distance of the shops and pubs in Beaumaris - there is also a pub at Llanddona, but this is a steepish ride of nearly four miles. A small local shop near the housing estate about half a mile away closes at 5pm so we never used it.
The staff on the site were friendly and welcoming, and the only downside we could think of was that it's a bit pricey in high season - £24 for a small tent and no car seems a bit steep. Fortunately our visit coincided with the change to off peak, so we paid £18 for the two of us, which we thought was about right given the top notch facilities.

Lovely large place. Plenty of space. Little shop on site with some of the essentials needed if you have forgotten anything.
The owners are pleasant and helpful and the toilets blocks outstanding.
Only downfall was the number of wasps.
2 mile walk to to Beaumaris. Bus stops far and few inbetween but a pleasant walk.

Firstly we read all the reviews prior to booking and we thought wow this place must be excellent and apart from a few niggles it is a good site but its nothing special, yes it has a nice toilet block but hey we are in 21st century so I think we should except nothing less than a clean area to do your business, the washing up area just outside could be cleaned too, the ceiling area hasnt been cleaned for a while as it has cobwebs and spiders nest sacks all over and could do with a brush but maybe I'm nit picking, a couple of areas that I do feel need a mention are, In the family field the fresh water stand pipe is a push tap affair which you need to keep pressed which can be difficult if your filling a 40litre aqua roll which incidently is balancing on a few bricks and once full you have to lift it down which is quite heavy this also applies to the waste where as I had to lift my 45 litre container to empty it, these two practaces are very heavy and the site is not geared up properly and should be more accomadating, not a problem if your only using small containers but I think most caravaners use the large aqua roll and waste products nowadays. The toilet waste area has a pipe for flushing your container out but is too short and has a silly metal arrangement at the end so you can not but it in to the filler neck so again not very helpful and as somebody has already mentioned in this area its best to wear gloves, the waste bin area was a disgrace most of the time with bin bags and other debris just thrown on the floor. The owners are clearly having a house built near reception which is still very much a building site but there are no barriers preventing kids from entering the area and its untidy too with building materials scattered around, there's also a car near reception that's clearly seen better days and looks like the start of a breakers yard with an old boat toboot, apart from these few issues which to be fair could easily be addressed by the owners with minimal costs and just a little more thought its not a bad site but we wont be returning.

This is a good campsite. We camped in the adults-only area, but there are areas for families with large areas of grass where the kids can run around and play games. The facilities are modern, clean and nice. The location is quiet. There is a footpath running across one corner of the site, so you can walk out directly without using the car. Beaumaris is very walkable, and you can do it entirely on country roads (so can also bike). We camped in the tree area at the far end of the site; these cut-out areas into the trees vary in size, ours was a bit small for us. The owners are friendly and helpful, though there is seldom someone in the office. It is very good value for money. On site shop is pretty limited; suggest you take all you need with you. Supermarket in Menai Bridge Village (Waitrose); only a Spar in Beaumaris. Great fish and chips in Beaumaris (by covered walkway to pier), and very good ice cream shop (people trained in Italy) called Red Boat.

Just spent a week here lovely site, facilities spotless, some very picturesque sites to visit. Spent the week in the adult only field so can't comment on the children's facilities. Owners very friendly. Got to say though with it being fairly quiet the site was a great place to relax absolutely felt so relaxed.
