Stayed for 2 nights here in a tent. We were the only tent and had a choice of pitch in a large grassy area. Electric hook up was available, but we didn't use it (and apparently WiFi is available to the pitch too)!
The site is well maintained with friendly owners. There is one toilet each and no showers yet, although they are in the process of building them. No hot water, although that didn't bother us.
The site is very close to the M40, however the road noise is not that intrusive. You can walk to Banbury along the tow path which takes just under an hour. Kings Sutton is a 25 minute walk away via a footpath over fields and the train line or by the road, and Adderbury is around the same time away in the opposite direction. I recommend the Butchers Arms in King Sutton (Friday night is steak night) and the Red Lion in Adderbury (good food and beer).
We had a great weekend away and would go back.

Always wanted to go to the Cotswolds and not disappointed. This camp site is really well maintained. Yes the facilities are limited but they were working on building a new shower block at the time we were there. It was fairly peaceful - the road noise didn't bother us that much. It certainly didn't spoil a fabulous week and that included a bank holiday.
Not far to go to 2 big supermarkets if you run out of something. And Adderbury had some good pubs that did real ale and good food. Yes we would stay here again.

We were concerned at the motorway noise comments, and arrived at 6:00pm on a Friday night with the wind blowing in the 'wrong' direction. However within an hour the motorway had calmed down and the wind dropped and we didn't notice the 'roar' at all.
A lovely site in a superb location but with very limited facilities (for now), just one toilet per sex and hook-up, but if you have your own toilet & shower then don't worry about the noise - GO!
As Arnie says 'We'll be back!'

This would be a nice site, if it wasn't stuck between the M40 and the main London to Birmingham railway. Just got back on Wednesday although we were booked till Saturday. We just couldn't take any more. There is a nice large area in the middle of the park and is ideal for exercising the dog, if dogs were allowed off the lead. We were the only ones on site and still we were told to keep the dog on a lead. The facilities are basic! There is one male and one female toilet, a toilet wash out area. This site could be so much better and although we were the only ones on site, I can imagine that once all the pitches are full, there won't be much room for everyone. The owner was measuring up for pitches in the middle so I guess that this would only be worse. I would honestly recommend this site for a one night stopover only as there didn't seem to be much worth visiting in the local area and nothing to keep you on site and TV reception is poor.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights with our dog.
A delightful small site in a lovely location adjacent to the Oxford canal. Walk the towpath to Banbury past the moored narrowboats.
The site itself is well maintained by the friendly owners, lovely landscaped areas and ongoing improvements.
No showers and 1 single toilet with cold sink for each male and female, basic but clean.
Dog friendly as long as you clean up and they are on lead in site. Great for walking which we did loads of, the small village of Kings Sutton a walk across field footpaths of about 25 minutes, we saw a Snipe blast out from the reeds in front of us, lovely. Three pubs in the village, of which we sampled all, all good, but leading the way for us the small and cosy Butchers Arms where the friendly landlord offered us lunch even though he had stopped serving half hour previously and went back to the kitchen to fix us up, couple this with great real ales( I know my stuff) this place is a winner.
Probably the biggest negative about the site is its close proximity to the M40 and the inevitable traffic drone which can be quite intrusive dependent on wind conditions etc. However we had read previous reviews on this site so came prepared in the knowledge we would not be in total peace and tranquility.
We enjoyed our stay and would visit again, but with its close proximity to the motorway the site may not be everyones cup of tea.

We stayed at Twilite Leisure Park for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. There are a few things that should not necessarily put people off, but that they might like to be aware of. It is not far from the M40 and if road noise bothers you it's possibly not the site for you. Saying that, in some ways the noise is not that different from camping by a beach with the constant sound of the sea (with a little imagination). Twilite Leisure Park is still under construction. It used to be a brick works and they have a wonderful collection of old buildings that they are currently doing up and converting. At the moment the facilities are pretty limited - a toilet and sink for the ladies and the same for the men, but I believe in time some of the current work will provide more modern facilities. There is also a chemical disposal point. The site itself has a lovely central grass area where I guess tents can camp but it was all but empty when we were there so there was plenty of room for games. The pitches seemed spacious enough to me but as I say it was quite empty. Behind the pitches are beautifully planted with an array of flowering shrubs and plants. The site also has berths for canal boats and what is lovely about this site is that you can walk all the way to Banbury along the canal path. It's a peaceful and beautiful walk that takes about an hour and I can recommend the Castle House in Banbury for the best chips I've had in a very long time and fab meals in general at reasonable prices. You can also walk to the local village which is about 20 minutes - apparently it has a shop and 3 pubs but we didn't actually get there so I can't say any more! This is at the moment a basic site facility wise (which didn't bother us) but the owners were friendly and the location is good for Oxford and the Cotswolds as well as nearby Banbury.

Great small site with all the ammenties you could wish for. Easy access to Banbury Town centre only 3 miles away, far enough out in the sticks to relax.
Right on the boarder of the cotswolds. Bo beep campsite only 2 miles away.
All hardstandings, with the toilet facilites nearby. Big space to relax in so ideal for kids for a short time. Can also get internet access if asked.
