 Friendly site. Mostly families staying but that could be explained by the fact it was half term. Clean toilets. Showers are via 20p coin.
30 seconds to the beach. Despite being next door to the power station, you wouldn't really know it! I would go back and stay there.

Stayed here in May 2006 and have to say we were disappointed. The park is practically in the shadow of Sizewell nuclear power plant and facilities were dated (though clean).
I particularly objected to the coin-operated showers which cost 20p for a stream of water which seemed to last about a minute.
The shop and clubhouse seemed only to open sporadically.
Staff were, however, very friendly and helpful and the park is right on the beach with lovely walks.
Surrounding towns of Aldeburgh, Walberswick and Southwold are gorgeous and well worth a visit.

My wife and I and our daughters have used this facility for many years and still find it a quiet, well located and well run site. Previous owners have developed a great site over the years from an open field to a friendly place with good facilities. The Park was taken over at the back end of 2005 by a family who seem dedicated to preserving the ambiance and safety of the site. The facilities are spotless and regularly cleaned and maintained. We would recommend the Park unreservedly - to those who enjoy a peaceful location adjacent to an unspoilt shoreline!
