This is a very good, clean site within easy driving distance (about 45 miles)of Calais/Boulogne. English is spoken at reception, and, although we arrived latish (6.30pm) on a busy weekend without a booking they went out of their way to help us.
The pitches are a good size, although some of them are a bit far away from the toilet blocks (of which there are only two). The toilets, showers etc were very clean. There is tennis, two pools (one especially for children), a kids play area and organised childrens activities on site.
Although there is no shop on site (nearest supermarket about 2km away)there is a bar and a restaurant which serves very good meals (steak, pizzas and burgers as well as local specialities). One tip is to reserve a table if you want to make sure of eating at a specific time, as the restaurant gets very busy. The kitchen also does a 'take away' service for pizza, burgers etc. The bar stays open until 11.00pm but is very quiet after 9.30pm. There are no alternatives in easy walking distance.
There are some interesting WWII sites nearby,plus the town of St Omer, which has a good Saturday market.
