Exellent site, exellent little pub the towbar. All staff on site realy friendly. Could do with a bigger park for the kids. Pitches are mostly grass and do get muddy in the rain. Toilets/showers small but very clean. Ideal location for scarb/ brid. Cayton beach very clean. No shop on site but across the road is a park resorts where they have a minni mart open late. All in all we enjoy staying here and higly recomend it.

A1++ site stayed over the bank holiday weekend & though the site was fully book it was not cramped, your helped onto your pitch which your per booked to, so first come first serve is out of the window :) the site has a Very good dog walk which is fully enclosed so the dogs can have a free run without getting lost or hurt.
The EHU is very good we used all the appliance's & at night the full blast heater on & the EHU never tripped. The on site club house has good entertainment but gets over crowded with other punters from the caravan site next door. The only down side & a big down side is that there is a duel bypass being built half a field away the length of the site.

Being club members we don't stay at private sites that often. The touring spaces on this park are at the back of the residential area, though it is none the worse for it. The park is of the highest standard, toilets are spotless, grounds are manicured and every facility is provided. Two buses run past the main-gate at regular intervals for Scarborough and Filey / Hull the other. There is a lovely bar at the site entrance. We can recommend this site for an enjoyable family holiday. One critical point, an extra shower cubicle would be of enormous benefit.

This site is very well placed for Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington. The tourers are along one stretch of road behind all the statics at the far end of the site. There is a play area just through a row of statics and after a few days my 4 year old could find it, and his way back, without a problem. The facilities were modern and looked very clean, however we use our own on-board. There were plenty of water points and the waste bins were spotless, being emptied everyday and lined with black bags. The on-site pub did good ‘pub grub’ and had a nice outside play area with blow-up bouncy slide when the weather was fit. On arrival you were escorted to your pitch and helped to pitch so that they had you just where they wanted. This was not done in a overpowering pushy way but very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff. There is good site security with a card for a barrier that is lowered very night. Despite all the recent rain the pitches were very dry and flat. For the east coast this site is ideal.

Great site, been going every July for past ten years. Very clean and well kept. Site owners are very friendly and helpful. Lovely little beach where you can take dogs. The Tow bar is great pub which serves good meals at reasonable prices. Clean Showers. Good bus service into Scarborough. Good shop across road at Haven site which you can use plus small shop on site for milk, papers, ext.

This site is fantastic, so good in fact we keep going back. The owners are really friendly and the facilities good and clean. I think the attraction is the proximity of the beach and the 'Towbar' on site pub. This is a practical and affordable site, well worth a visit.
