Just had 5 nights at this beautiful site. Everything first class, toilets / shower blocks are absolutely spotless. Received a nice welcome when we arrived, and thoroughly enjoyed the time spent on this site. Definitely going back as soon as we can.

The surrounding area is beautiful, especially Scarborough and Filey.

Great site and very helpful staff my electric hook up wasn't working came out and found it was my cable they lent me one till we left. Two shower blocks on site very clean and tidy, washing up room. The pub at the entrance to the site very nice and although basic menu very good. We would recommend it to anyone and will go again

Our third visit to this site and again absolutely immaculate. Lovely people that own this site and they cannot do enough for you. New play equipment is good for families especially the goal post as my grandson loves playing goals. We used the bus for the first time to visit Scarborough concession pass can be used but if not it is 4. 20 return but still better than trying to park and then paying. Again a big thank you to the site we love it. Tow bar pub good for food, only been on an evening but good value and good service.

This was our second visit to the site all be it only for the weekend, we found the site immaculate as the first visit in 2012. The staff were very friendly.

Although we visited in the second week of the new season the site was in great condition following the winter and was fairly full.

The staff in the Tow Bar are also very friendly and made you feel welcome.

Will definitely be visiting again this year hopefully for the week this time.

Just been back to visit our favourite hosts, on our favourite park. It might have been very early in the season but the park was, as always immaculate! The owner always meets us with a smile as if we are part of the family and always has time for a chat, we even got a cup of tea! They have again been busy over the winter, adding superb new play equipment, improving the wifi (at a cost now but very good) and generally making the park look as perfect as perfect can be.

The toilet block and launderette wouldn't be out of place in a five star hotel. Our kids made friends with a few others from their Holiday Home section, all lovely children (the park seems to attract the nicest families) we hardly saw them all weekend but just knew they would be safe. The same family are still running the Tow Bar pub and they are just as friendly, we had a lovely meal as always (Sunday carvery best ever).

We used the bus for the first time on this trip which has a stop right outside the entrance to the park which was very handy, especially with parking being an issue in Scarborough.

We're booked in for our two weeks in the summer and can't wait to get back, in fact if the kids get their way (alright, us as well) we'll be back for a few weekends before that as well. Thank you for everything you do and we can't wait to see you again soon.

Lovely site. Immaculately clean and tidy. The grass is cut regularly and therefore no messy grass to walk into the caravan. The showers are good and they also have another 3 showers next to the laundry block. One of which is a family room so ideal. You have to get a key for these extra showers so when you get the barrier key £10 deposit required. You are given this key. The site was very quiet even though it was school holidays. So just perfect. Please note this is only 10amp but this did not cause any problems. There is also a t. V. Point next to the hook up which was ideal as we could not get a signal on our own aerial. I would recommend this site and will definitely go again.

What a lovely site, very clean and well presented

The quietest site we've ever stayed on even though it was nearly full.

Good sized hard-standing pitch with tv point and everything close by water etc.

Toilets & showers are immaculate and even though there was 1 shower & 2 toilets in the mens I never had to wait, but there is another shower/toilet block a short walk away.

Perfectly located for a short walk down to cayton bay or cycle or drive in to scarborough or filey.

All previous reviews are correct and I can't add anymore.

Would highly recommend this site and I would definitely book again if revisiting the area 10/10.

On arrival, met by extremely friendly and helpful man. Explained all that we needed to know. First impressions were how quiet the site was even though it was busy and also how immaculately kept the site is.

Toilets and showers were extremely clean and wouldn't look out of place in a private home, cleaners did the rounds regularly. Basic play park for the kids but again well maintained.

Location wise, it's easy to get to and great as a base for exploring the east coast. Cayton bay within walking distance and well worth a visit.

WIFI was free and the owner of the site explained the best way to get online and said the reason they don't charge is that it can be a bit hit and miss. They are on with sorting this and I'm sure they will start charging when all done but that's in line with most sites.

They had a teenage lad sorting some games and things out for the kids which I thought was a nice touch. He even made an effort to come to the play park to round them all up making sure to send the children off to tell their parents they were going down to the games room then meeting them there.

I can't comment on the on site pub, The Tow Bar as we didn't go in.

All in all, a lovely site. Would visit again!

Spent a few days here in July--the site itself is excellent, It mentions a short stroll to Cayton Bay but it's not for the more senior or less abled visitors ie very steep incline although when/if reached it must rate very high on the list for the nicest Beaches around--The shop on the site over the road is excellent and always well stocked although anywhere else as mentioned in other reviews needs a car. Unfortunately the week we were stayed there were road works just outside Filey which caused the bus services to be somewhat sporadic but sure at normal times this isn't a problem--there could be more water taps round the touring park--we had to move to fill our onboard tank. Must congratulate them however on the tv points on each pitch, quite often a problem getting a good signal in a motorhome or caravan. The toilet and shower blocks were always spotless and lots of hot water--Would visit again but a car would be an added advantage.

This is in my top 5 of sites we have used. Friendly, helpful, spotless clean, great location, we just love this site. Buses outside to Scarborough and Filey or Bridlington. Pub that does excellent food, and reasonable prices. 5 min walk down to the beach. Prices are very reasonable for a good size pitch. Toilets and showers are cleaned twice daily and are spotless. In a nutshell this site is verging on heaven,
