Very nice, friendly. Just watch that entrance, come in from the Seaton end and get over as far as possible before you turn in.
Obviously the facilities are closed, so we can't comment on those.
We would go back definitely.

Lovely site, nice welcome. Handy to Seaton with 2 good pubs doing nice food just outside the entrance to site.
Would have liked a hard standing as came home with van full of wet grass.
Would recommend!

I met family at the site we had a really great time. The location is great. Bus stop very close to the site. Axmouth harbour and pebbly beach really close. Seaton tram is visable from the site.
Seaton is an easy walk away. Beer is accessible via the coast path and bus. The owner and staff were very helpful and easy to make requests.
Dog are free which is great lots of places to take your dog. The pub is next door very nice garden with lots of tables.
There are two pubs we only visited one of them.
I would certainly recommend this site. Due to covide 19 toilet block etc were not open.
Chemical toilet was working and water tape had hand sanitiser for customers use.

Nice site overlooking the ax estuary, lots of wading birds
Clean short grass, well maintained, a few essentials for sale in the shop, Janette the owner was very helpful when we asked if we could change pitch for a better view, bus every hour to seaton which has a beautiful beach [10 mins away][nice swim]
Two pubs "on site", the harbour and the ship, great pub food with large beer gardens'
Would definitely come back here in the future
Highly recommended

Always love it here. 2 good pubs within minutes of the site. 20 minute walk to the beach.
Facilities on site closed when we visited but we were pre warned. Not a problem when we have our own shower and loo.
Good dog walking facilities too.
No complaints about this site at all

Lovely site overlooking tidal estuary, great for birdwatching.
The wardens are extremely helpful.
The bus passes by the site to take you to Seaton if you don’t want the half an hour walk.
Two lovely pubs in the village.

Fantastic place. Wonderful views & location. Wardens all very helpful & polite.
Site kept very tidy & the wardens were constantly seen working.
Toilets & showers closed because of Covid but it didn't really cause us a problem.
Excellent well kept dog walk.
This was our first time but we intend to spend much much more time here.

What a brilliant campsite. Ideally placed overlooking the estuary of the River Ax. Within a small village with 2 great pubs. 20 minute walk into
Seaton with its shingle beach, Tramway and goods shops. Bus stop very close.
Friendly, hardworking wardens. Very clean wc’s, showers and washrooms. 4 washing up sinks and laundry.
£22 per night.
Will definitely be returning.

Great location with access to the river on site for watersports.
Wonderful views, fairly quiet but kids had fun playing with other children even without a playground.
All facilities cleaned regularly and wardens always available to help or open the shop. Definitely value fir money, will go again!
