Fabulously clean site right on the river Axe - 1 mile walk into Seaton.

A lovely, tidy and well organised site. Amazing views.
Toilet and shower blocks fully functional and exceptionally clean.
A nice little shop although we didn't use it as only stayed 1 night. Very friendly welcome by the wardens.
Pub on the doorstep.
10-15 minute walk into Seaton.

This was a great site in a beautiful location.
Extremely friendly and helpful on arrival and really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere on site.
Pitches were very spacious and toilets and showers were nice and clean.
Will definitely be returning in the future.

Fantastic camp site with excellent facilities and beautiful clean!
So good we are already planning our next visit.

Owners were very welcoming and helpful when we arrived.
Nice large plot and not to close to neighbours.
Showers were lovely and hot and clean.

Lovely location.
Wardens extremely friendly and helpful.
Good pubs very close!
Just be warned that the turning into the campsite is EXTREMELY tight so you need to enter from the Seaton direction and take it wide. Anyone with a caravan…take extreme care & good luck!

Another great and enjoyable stay at this site,
Ted, Janetta and Walt made us as welcome as ever, like staying with family we missed coming here so much due to the Chinese plague!.
We cannot recommend this site highly enough.

What a great site, we have used this site several times as we have friends that live in seaton,
The site is relatively flat and sits on the side of the ax river,
The usual facilities you would expect which are clean and functional,
Staff are very helpful and there is a small shop at reception for basics.
There are two pubs a short walk away both do good food but would I highly recommend the ship inn.
There is a tesco superstore in seaton about 1 mile away.
Site entrance is a bit tight but not an issue for us.

A simple campsite; small shop, basic (but spotlessly clean) loo blocks, in a lovely location. It's beside the river (if you have a kayak, you can launch there) and a 20 min.
Walk to Seaton beach. Also in Seaton: fish and chips, other takeaways and a surprisingly modern Tescos (you don't say that very often).
We stayed with the kids who are now 13 and 15 and it was like we were camping when they were little: a bit of bat and ball, card games and an old gas camping lantern.
I want to qualify my scores:
Location is a 9 only because of crazy bend in the road to enter the site - you *have to* arrive from the south.
Facilities are a 10 - there isn't much there, but what there is is mega.
VFM: say no more.
