Excellent facilities owners very helpful and friendly quiet peaceful site. Chocolate caravan very nice too. Shop and pubs within walking distance. Cycle routes within 5 miles. Within a few miles there is a large super shopping complex.
A tranquil site at its best. The added facility of a picnic table was a nice touch, and also to see the owners racking the gravel hard standings to us was a special touch.

Spent August Bank Holiday here, probably the quietest and most peaceful one ever. Very welcoming hosts and an informal and relaxed atmosphere, we were made to feel very welcome to this adults only site. The site is maintained to a high standard, all pitches are hard standing and have great unspoilt views of the surrounding area as they are on terraces. Toilets and showers are spotless, free WiFi if you want it and well located for access to M4, main roads to all areas and a retail park with main supermarkets within 2 miles.
Pitches are slightly sloping and of a good size with plenty of room to sit out. Ours is a twin axle van and it fitted no problem. The site is orientated East to West so you get the sun at the front of your van in the morning. Loved it!

This is a fantastic site. Cleanliness is outstanding. Amazing toilets with hand wash & lovely little towelling hand towels that are laundered & replaced throughout the day & massive showers. The site is so quiet & very very friendly. Owners are the perfect hosts. Cannot rate this site high enough. The village is just a short walk from the site. For bike rides you can either park in leisure centre in Llanelli, which is also great for shops or bury port, where you can cycle to pembrey national park. The bike shop in bury port is good also. Joesph fish shop is very good

Just spent a very pleasant week at this adults only campsite. Very easy to find just off the motorway and well sign posted. Absolutely no road noise and great views across the hills.
There are 2 unisex showers, 3 ladies and 2 gents toilets, all very well stocked and immaculately clean.
The site has a great information point, if that wasn't enough the family that run the site are very knowledgeable about the whole area and always very willing to help. This is a great base for exploring the area, we will definitely be returning.

Were met by very friendly, cheerful hosts. Nothing too much trouble even leant us electric cable as ours wouldn't work.
Nice serviced pitch on good flat area with picnic table and parasol. Short walk to chemical disposal point and refuse area which were well maintained.
Beautiful clean shower blocks, warm with powerful shower. Plenty of space to dry yourself and a hairdryer. Nice individual hand towels. Two showers (1 male/ 1 female)but never needed to queue although site was busy. Separate toilets and washroom facilities.
Excellent wi fi. Very dog friendly and field to exercise the dog. Hosts helpful with information but also excellent information kiosk highlighting local attractions including pubs and places to eat/take aways.
Certainly recommend and will re visit in the future.

Excellent campsite conveniently sited near the Gower peninsular, Swansea, Llanelli & Pembrey Coastal Park.
Run by a Welsh speaking family the site is fully worth its Welsh Tourist Board 4 stars.
While on an elevated position pitches are flat and give great views towards the River Lougher and N Gower.
The toilets and wash rooms are meticiulously maintained and clean with the nice touch of a supply of hand towels. There is a Tourist information point with loads of information.
The village of Llangennech with a Spar and pubs is a 10 minute walk away and the huge Trostre Retail park and Parc y Strade the same time away but by car.
The cost of the stay was very reasonable and my wife and I look forward to a return visit.

This site is immaculate, and the owners' work hard to keep it like that. The site is not far from the M4 motorway, so easy to get to, our caravan 23 ft long, no problem for siting on serviced hard standing pitch. Beautiful views from the site. The showers and toilets immaculately clean, I was very impressed. Kidwelly Castle not far, worth a visit, also went to the farm shop, excellent meat products, also worth a visit if doing a barbecue.

What a find ! An excellent adults only site within easy reach of M4. Even though the site is on a mountainside all pitches are level, large and hardstanding with most having lovely views of the surrounding area. There are some fully serviced pitches available with wi-fi included in the very reasonable fee. Showers and toilets are of a high standard and the owners work very hard to maintain a high standard throughout. There are signs of continuing development of the site but this didn't spoil our time spent there. We will definitely return soon.

I spent a weekend at this lovely site and would highly recommend it. From each pitch there are great views over the Loughor Estuary towards the Gower, especially on a clear day. It is just off the M4 by a couple of miles and you can walk from the site(downhill) to Llangennech where you will find some pubs, a small supermarket, takeaways and also a train station with a limited time table.
It is a very handy site to visit West Wales, Swansea, Gower and even further afield. There are plenty of places to visit from here.
The showers/toilets are immaculate and lovely and warm when needed. There is a small information centre.
I will be visiting this site again this weekend and really looking forward to it.

This was our first visit to this site but it will not be our last. I was aware of the site after seeing the signpost on the roundabout whilst going to Pembrey Caravan Club site previously. We stayed for three nights to attend a anniversary party in Llanelli on the Saturday. My wife and I received a very friendly welcome from the owners and nothing was too much trouble.
The pitches were large hardstandings with mowed grass in between and considering the time of year the site is still very well maintained. If you have a mover on your van it is advisable to use it to enjoy the views which are spectacular looking over towards Swansea and surrounding areas. The family are currently working on the new super pitches behind us which will be ready by 2013. The machine work, which was going on at the time of our visit did not spoil our weekend, and I am sure the site will be even better when the work is completed. Overall the site is very clean and tidy. We did not use the facilities but they looked spotless and everything about the site has a well kept feel about it.
We had a superb carvery in the Old Bridge Inn in Llangennech on Friday afternoon which is about three quarters of a mile away and within walking distance, however it is a bit of a climb back to the site.
All in all we really enjoyed our weekend and look forward to returning on a regular basis especially during the summer if we have one.
